She received paperwork from her bank showing it was paid off, but through a series of her mortgage being bought and sold, Wachovia Bank was the final owner of the mortgage and claimed Welsh was still owed on her home despite papers showing otherwise.
America needs to hear this story! This has to end. Digg this one up the charts!

Believe what you want, but there is a judicial process that must be followed before it gets to this and there is no way that this unfolded the way that this is depicting.

These people, if they truely have 100% equity in their home then there is a tremendous incentive for them to have gone through the process with an attorney.

Someone is lying through their teeth.
Six months before the foreclosure process begins and then if it is contested, the process could go on for months if not years.
The findings would have been based on the facts.
I am going to go so far as to say that there is fraud here. Either by the supposed home owners or the producers of the show. Or at the very least ... the entire situation is completely fiction.

One small problem- there is no Dawn Welsh
I looked up Dawn Welsh in the town of Hillsboro, MO, Jefferson County.
Reviewing the property deeds/titles, there is no Dawn Welsh that owns real estate in that town & county. In fact there is no one that lives in Hillsboro, MO that owns real estate with the last name of Welsh.

That govt. doesn't work that fast to change records of deeds.
There should be more information about this woman and why there's no property listed in her name.

In fact, I have a Crimestoppers ID# from 8 months back, where I identified him as the boy who was calling in numerous bomb scare threats to schools in New England. So, suck it.
Now, Angela Dawn Welch is in the spotlight. I also do not rush to HER defense. I am simply pointing out the errors in your method of information gathering. I am pointing out that she, as a 54-year-old woman, does indeed homestead in Hillsboro, MO. You have not done proper research to debunk her existence, and it's fairly obvious that you really feel a need to prove that this is a hoax.
That is why I will not provide you with the documents you want. Maybe you think I'm just being an asshole that way. Yep, I do that sometimes. Get over it. I hope you will learn something by having to ferret out this information on your own, and not relying on the word of someone else on the internet.
Does the radio show file seem hyped? Yes. Does the mainstream media have all the info on this? NO!
Regardless of her ownership, do you think a SWAT team would be called out to roust a few hippie squatters from a bank-owned or foreclosed home, if it weren't such a primo piece of land? Because squatters are routinely rousted from foreclosed homes by SWAT teams (or even heavily armed police squads) in Jefferson County, MO, right? Let's make a list of how often this has occurred...
