Dawn Welch "home invasion"- fraud? Update

One small problem- there is no Angela Dawn Welch

I looked up Dawn Welsh and also Angela Dawn Welch in the town of Hillsboro, MO, Jefferson County.

Reviewing the property deeds/titles, there is no Dawn Welsh or Angela Dawn Welch that owns real estate in that town & county.

That govt. doesn't work that fast to change records of deeds.

There should be more information about this woman and why there's no property listed in her name.

Can anyone find more out about this woman....at least her former house address. I can't anything.

******Up date as of Monday, 5/18**********

Captain Brown of Sheriff Boyer's office in Jefferson County, MO says that Dawn Welch's house was foreclosed on, by court order, as she had failed to continue paying her mortgage. According to what Brown said she (Welch) stopped making her mortgage payments when her mortgage was sold to another mortgage company. She figured she didn't have to pay the new mortgage holder as they weren't the original mortgage company she had obtained her loan with.

She had been given notices of foreclosure and also notices of eviction.

Don't take my word for it- contact the Jefferson Co. sheriffs office to get the story for yourself.

Don't know how it works in MO but here in FL if your name is not on the recorded deed you don't have any standing as the owner. You are shit out of luck if that deed is not recorded. You could have a bill of sale but it doesn't mean squat unless you record the deed with the county.
But I agree you would need to check that in person or call them because if the property was purchased long ago they might not have gotten it online yet. New transactions get online right away but the old ones recorded before computers are updated into the computer system as they have the extra time to do them.

No problem at all- there IS an Angela Dawn Welch. You just have not done due diligence.

While you have been diligent in your deeds search, you have not been diligent in regard to her ex husbands' and siblings' names. Not all properties are recorded in the name of the "head of household" inhabitant.

Her legal name is indeed Angela Dawn Welch, she has legally used Dawn Welch for years. And even when she had a different surname (two husbands), she also used Dawn as her first name.

Keep at it, grasshopper. :)

I can drop docs here if you want, but no-one seems to read my posts... so why bother.

So show us the record of deed and link since you claim to know it exists.

Dawn Welch or Angela Dawn Welch doesn't own property in Jefferson county.

And like the guy says above- with no deed recorded you are really out of luck when comes to a title claim and more than likely the title would be really "clouded".

The 2 husbands issue- one of her husbands names could be on the title exclusive of her name.

Your given no proof to substantiate her claim or that she exists in any of the variations of her names.

I was getting a chuckle out of the OP.. I own land in 4 different states yet you cannot find the records online.

I'm not sure of the story itself yet... have not taken the time to research it.

However, just doing an online records search is not proof.

The complete records the OP wants are available for a fee. The basic info is available online for free.

Yes, Angela Dawn Welch is a real woman, who was living in HER home in Hillsboro, MO. Legally.

I do not have any mortgage records, or I would stand up for Dawn. But I do know that the property she claims to own is her legal property, and taxes have been paid. There is no federal or state document to date charging her with a crime (that can take a while, I will get it when it's available to the press)
