I'm a trekie and really enjoyed the adapted video.

that's sort of funny that you'd mention this...
I recently saw the new star trek movie and enjoyed it, so now I've been watching the next generation tv show... (star trek was a bit before my time)...
anyways, I was watching some episode, and Captain Picard was explaining to the doctor lady how the Prime Directive isn't just a rule, rather a philosophy... one that says humans should not get involved in the foreign affairs and development of other societies/cultures because of the unintentional problems it creates, no matter how good one's intentions are...
I was sort of startled... Star Trek apparently shares Ron Paul's philosophy of non-intervention.
