Obama Is Said to Consider Preventive Detention Plan

WASHINGTON — President Obama told human rights advocates at the White House on Wednesday that he was mulling the need for a “preventive detention” system that would establish a legal basis for the United States to incarcerate terrorism suspects* who are deemed a threat to national security** but cannot be tried***, two participants in the private session said.

It is no longer innocent

It is no longer innocent until proven guilty. It is now, imprisoned according to the whims of government. With this new plan, there is no innocent or guilty -- just enemies of the state.

True to form, another lawyer (Obama) contriving a law.

Lest we forget, BO has failed to meet the litmus test for Presidential eligibility and supporting evidence points to his status as foreign born and an illegal alien. Has his deputy chief of staff, the guy who engineered his campaign and possibly the "change you can believe in" nonsense, Jim "the fixer" Messina, fixed it? The BO files wreaks of conspiracy to commit obstruction of justice.
