ACTION ALERT: Freedom Watch is Under Consideration for a Slot on Fox TV News!

I think as a defense lawyer that I can provide information not available to Judge Napolitano. Nobody is going to the root of the big government problem, which is: "The Law", as explored by Bastiat. It is the law itself that causes the problem. Bastiat called law "plunder". I hear nothing from the big 3 explaining the role of the law. Judge Nap was a judge and has the perspecitve of a judge. I am one who has appeared before many Judge Napolitano's and as much as they might have cared about their rulings, they followed the law. What law did Judge Nap ever hold to be unconstitutional when he was a judge? I bet none. From the legal perspective it would be intersting to the audience to hear from somebody in the trenches of the battle for freedom. I was Irwin Schiff's lawyer on the appeal of his criminal tax convictions and I was punished for doing so. Peter Schiff, of course, knows me. And I bought Morgan's from Dr. Paul many years ago and have corresponded with him and supported his Congressional campaigns until I realized he was unbeatable. I'd like to get into the action, having been a libertarian since 1974 after I left the Chicago U.S. Attorney's Office and have appeared before Congressional and Senate Committees.

love to see him take over Glenn Becks slot. He was a big improvement when he filled in for him. What a great surpise! So many GOP nuts that don't quite get it and won't from Glenn could really get the education they need from freedom watch. Glen has attracted alot of attention in the gop around here but misses the boat on some important issues. Slip the judge in and it might sink in before they even realise it ;) Hmm maybe Glenn could use a substitute while he's on his comedy tour.

Dear Libertarian activists,

Thank you so much! Because of your support, the show “Freedom Watch” is finally being considered for an open time slot on Fox news.

You know what that means? A Libertarian television show would be on mainstream media!

Finally a show that reflects the attitudes and opinions of people like you and I who care about personal and economic liberties.

Right now there is an open time slot and Judge Andrew Napolitano’s show, “Freedom Watch” has been put forth as a possible filler for it.

But, there’s one stipulation. I just got off the phone with the producer and I heard they will make the decision so we need to bump up the number of views on the show as much as we can, AND we need as many people as possible to write an email to Fox to request it get on air.

Can you please help?
