We urgently need volunteers & volunteer support in Iowa & New Hampshire to spread Ron Paul's message door to door. Our goal is to independently organize and fund over 1,000 Volunteers in Iowa and New Hampshire in these crucial days leading up to the nation's first two official events in the 2008 Presidential Election Process. A candidates performance in the Iowa Caucus and the New Hampshire Primary can literally make or break the campaign.

Another way to help Ron Paul is to elect House Representatives and Senators who support the constitution and have policies similar to Ron Paul's policies. These legislators will support Ron Paul's initiatives when Ron is elected president.

Mailings for Iowa

Aloha Iowa! My friend and I spent several hours today doing a mailing to uncommitted registered voters in Iowa. I hope they not only enjoy getting mail from Hawaii but that they put the information enclosed to good use and vote RON PAUL in Jan. This is too important not to get involved with in any way we can. Money, time, ideas and most of all prayer----lots of prayer. Team work for our RON PAUL. Liberty's choice!!!!

Campaign Wants Volunteers In Iowa Sooner!

One of our members Lisa, found out today as we were planning our trip to Iowa the campaign needs volunteers earlier rather than later. I know it is tough to do with the Holidays. Our experienced group is ready to respond.

We are planning on sending five car loads for a total of 20 volunteers to Iowa, our planning meeting is in December check out our meetup pages and join us if you can.

Our group is very active and over the last 9 months has had many successful events. Our members were at the Iowa Straw poll, If you were there and got one of the red, white, and blue Ron Paul 2 1/4" Eagle buttons that came from our group as I custom made those. I have seen them in a few YT vids and even had people email me about them that I never met. That is so cool I love this rEVOlution.

We have always funded 100% of our events. However to get 20 members to Iowa we are going to need some help. Please donate to help defray the cost of fuel, food and some cheap hotel rooms.

Can anyone pay for a plane ticket?

If anyone can pay for my plane ticket and set me up with a place to sleep, I am willing to take a week off work. I can fly to any of the early primary states. I am willing to fly out on the 22nd of December and come home on the 30th. Additionally, if anyone can pay for tickets for my wife and 2 teenagers, that could get us 3 more people on the ground in the early primary states. I would commit to work very hard during that time.

Send me your information and needs. There is a master list for volunteers for 30 days being put together and a call back/email planning with the volunteers on going to collect the needs and bring together the resources to offset the costs, etc.

I would think that the campaign would be able to help out in some way. As opposed to spending money on lame overpriced TV ads that nobody watches.

Newspaper ads in NH and IA for Dr. PAUL

Hello all i have a question.

I am a specialist in the science of hearing and i own a nationwide marketing company for the medical hearing (ears& hearing) industry. I work with the largest hearing lab in the country and now have over 300 people ready for december 16th.

Has anyone thought about contibuting to run some full page 4 color newspaper ads in IA and NH like that guy did in the USA TODAY?
Someone in another blog said they would start a $5 or $10 collection to run them but i don't know if that is legal.

I would gladly design some ads that we could run for Dr. Paul.

Can i do this work for free or is that illegal? I tried to contact the campaign but they have not responded at all to get the details.

If we can do this legally we could hit all the major cities this month before the primaries. Demoines, Cedar rapids, iowa city. Manchester, Concord etc... Newspaper is less expensive than direct mail and allows you to reach 10's to 100's of thousands at 1 shot for much less than mail. To do 100,00 direct mail pieces would cost about $40,000 although we could reach probably 2 or 3 million people for about the same cost in newspaper.

Someone please let me know what you think of this idea and i will put my staff on it.

The most effective ads are those that are not necessarily large, but those that run repeatedly over a long period. I'd recommend funding "small ads" wherever you can place them. Everywhere. Craig's List, your local paper, posters, t-shirts, slim jims... the word is getting out and it doesn't take a million dollars to do it, just dedicated volunteers shouting from every rooftop.

Our group hand wrote letters to Iowans on the evening of the 16th this month we got about 180 out. It takes a while to hand write letters. I included my address and phone number. Sent out 8, one was returned undeliverable and waiting on the others for a reply if any replies come.

So yes it is real and you can bet that no other campaign is doing it. We had a lot of fun as we always do.

Why not add a box to the volunteer site that keeps a running total of volunteers in each state that have already signed up?

Like the running total for the the donations.

Legality of Funding Delegates?

Is there any legal problem with funding, or starting a fund, to pay for plane fare+room and board for delegates to go to the convention? If not, I'd suggest one immediately!
