Why no calls for Impeachment?
I'm surprised that there haven't been any calls for impeachment against HIM. He has proposed Indefinite Detention contrary to The Bill of RIghts and common sense yet no one that I've read or seen has said HE should be impeached for planning to do this!
Do you realize what that guy has in mind?! He's not talking about holding-without-charge those moslems- he's talking about "right wing extremists" and those mentioned in the MIAC report. Those are the people he wants Detained forever and never tried.
obama wants to disregard a major portion of the Constitution (that he swore twice to uphold) that protects you and me, yet no one says anything! Even on DP!!!!!
Here's what we already know;
1. Torture is still going on.
2. Guantanamo isn't being closed
3. The Patriot act is law.
4. The wars are still going on.
5. FEMA camps are real
6. Indefinite Detention is going to be implemented.
7. Habeas corpus is abolished
And we're still talking about that ex-professional wrestler and Face book!

First, I see the case for impeachment has no substance. I asked for specific points for impeachment further down, and the case has not been made. (Why does Geithner get overlooked when he is probably the most likely to have committed impeachable crimes?)
Second, focusing on an individual instead of the system. Where does that get you?
We could swap out 1 or 1000 meatbags in the D.C., and it changes nothing because the framework for the system of corruption is not specific to an individual or political party.
If you think impeachment is more important than ending the Federal Reserve, make a case, I'd appreciate the perspective.

is still too high, sixty-some percent last I heard. Not that it matters. Even when Bush's approval rating plummeted, people called for impeachment but it never happened. Impeachment is only for presidents who go against their handlers' orders, and Obama will prove to be every bit as good as a puppet as Bush, or even more so given he's not an inbred moron.

Because the typical Obama supporter has absolutely no idea what he has been doing. All they know are the sound bites that show up on TV.
I know this because I spent last evening with two Obama supporters. Neither one had any clue. They listened to me, but they won't believe me until they see it on the evening news.

Continuation or implementation of policy approved by the Congress seems a fallacious argument for impeachment, specifically because the lower house of the legislature will impeach the official and the upper house will conduct the trial.

I really wanted input on what acts at this time are impeachable.
What I have found is this. The known crimes that must be prosecuted currently revolve around the torture issue. Who authorized it, how, and when and the extent of oversight.
Obama must have criminal investigations regarding torture, not an option, as failure to do so makes Obama impeachable.
So that is why Cheney was spewing crap on TV and Pelosi suddenly has Alzheimer's disease.

While the torture issue might be a distraction from Pakistan, Iraq, Afghanistan, the expanding budget and economic collapse - it is in our face because the government is being forced to deal with it, not because they want to.

Obama is proposing to do away with ALL civil rights protections offered in the Constitution. Not one right in the Bill of Rights has remain unchallenged by him.

Clinton was impeached for obstruction of justice and abuses of power. I'd say the same thing applies here. For example, Obama's obstructing justice by interfering with the prosecution of war crimes and, with this proposal to open the American Gulag, he is abusing power and exercising treason against the United States. He wants to establish a "legal framework" for the proposed American Gulag which is fundamentally and radically unconstitutional.

They are doing exactly what it allows them to do...Anything, they want to do. I mean after taxation was placed in the document, it became a system of force. You don't get representation in a system of force! It doesn't matter with these big shots if you fake impeach or not, nothing is going to happen to them, because they all work together. They only give you the illusion of representation. It's all they have to do to keep you active in the lie, trying to reform it, and them in business, and you in slavery.
