One of the best videos on freedom...

I have ever seen. I'm bumping this for any newcomers who may have missed this fine video.

I'm thinking I may bump this video once a month...

for any new visitors.

Excellent video.

This was very well done.

This was very well done. This guy would be great in theater.

He has a compelling aura of sincerity . . . speaks to the heart.

I liked the analogy about the bat behind bars.

And never forget, “Humans, despite our artistic pretensions, our sophistication and many accomplishments, owe the fact of our existence to a six-inch layer of topsoil and the fact that it rains.”

Yes, He Cut Through The Guano, Didn’t He

"You ought to follow the example of shunk-tokecha (wolf).
Even when he is surprised and runs for his life,
he will pause to take one more look at you
before he enters his final retreat.
So you must take a second look
at everything you see."

What was in your belfry? ;-)

It was a wolf housed in a cage that he found edifying. Perhaps because it is, as Aldo Leopold observed:

“To look into the eyes of a wolf is to see your own soul
- hope you like what you see."

Maybe the wolf with which he was identifying and channeling explains part of that aura you noticed and presents some clue as to what was on your mind ( and in the heart you felt he was addressing):

"Perhaps it was the eyes of the wolf, measured, calm, knowing.
Perhaps it was the intense sense of family.
After all, wolves mate for life, are loyal partners, create hunting communities
and demonstrate affectionate patience in pup rearing.
Perhaps it was [in the nature] of the packs.
Each wolf had a place in the whole and yet retained his individual personality.
Perhaps it was their great, romping, ridiculous sense of fun.
Perhaps it was some celestial link with the winter night skies
that prompted the wolf to lay his song on the icy air.
For the native people who lived with the wolves,
and the wolves once ranged from the Arctic to the sub-tropics,
there was much to learn from them.
Is it any wonder that the myths of many tribes characterize the wolves
not as killers but as teachers?"

Yes ... I'd Hope To See His Soliloquy Byrne-ing Down The House

"... Close enough but not too far,
maybe you know where you are..."

Irreplaceable Spark

"Do not let your fire go out, spark by irreplaceable spark, in the hopeless swamps of the approximate, the not-quite, the not-yet, the not-at-all. Do not let the hero in your soul perish, in lonely frustration for the life you deserved, but have never been able to reach. Check your road and the nature of your battle. The world you desired can be won, it exists, it is real, it is possible, it's yours.”

-- Ayn Rand

Fireside Chat

Remember, Remember …

… that bogus Uncle Tom Paine Astroturf fraud that made the utube rounds before the election. It garnered millions of hits, a trip to the plantation White-house and fooled many light sleepers (afraid to peek at shadows behind the curtain) nodding off without wonder, captive in the land O’OZ.

If this video does not help arouse those inhabitants on their way to complete domestication you can just turn down the light even dimmer so those in sleeper class, (barely)live-stock transport, can lay their heads down to slumber on their way to be housed -- rocked by each click and clack 'rolling over' ties securing the track they’re on.

Ohhh ... but who could sleep with all that’s needling … We dream, and with hope ajar…

... torch bearers .....

Incendiary ideas carry the latent spark we must fan from warm glow ... to *r’Evolution ... bright, SHINING, liberating enlightenment !!!

Be Prepared … Try Harder.

I feel like

an ant!

A Fire Ant ?

Ants Of Fire:

They’re fierce, territorial and persistent, especially when roused.

…………………. Aspire ...

... to ruin Their picnic,
determined to scale the walls smooth …
rather than settle into a colony of captivity
in the ant farm they have contrived.

Roused Fire Starters --

Speaking of ‘rousing’ … Let’s dwell on that thought:

verb (used with object)
1. to bring out of a state of sleep, unconsciousness, inactivity, fancied security, apathy, depression, etc.: He was roused to action by courageous words.
2. to stir or incite to strong indignation or anger.
3. to cause (game) to start from a covert or lair.
4. Nautical. to pull by main strength;
