More effective to vote F on the #1 canidate
There always seems to be a new face for the #1 position every time I go to gradegov.com; I assume it is because nobodody has really voted for him/her yet; so, it only requires one or two votes of grade A to put 'em at number 1. Each time I see a new face, I just give them there well deserved F and after a day or two it's a new clown in the number 1 position.
