Overview
When I say, that the trip to Jekyll Island was most awesome, I mean to impart emphasis on the word AWE.... Not for the elite who came before us, but for the men and women who showed the courage to stand together and be counted among the patriots of today.
Bob Schulz and “We The People Foundation”, invited G. Edward Griffin and sixty of the most honored and revered men and women in the patriot movement to experience this most inspiring gathering and historical adventure. Many people I spoke with during the invitation process were delighted to have been invited and saw the value in participating in this event. “It is long over due’ said Bernadine Smith, of the Second Amendment Committee. It will take unification and collaboration from all fronts, to achieve the necessary momentum and prevent the complete and total collapse of this nation, momentum necessary to stop the fast tract to Communism and regain our stronghold on freedom.

In 1910, men of means, despotic in nature, took the train in Hoboken, New Jersey and rode the rail to Jessup Ga. They were then ferried to Jekyll, where they fashioned the ominous Federal Reserve Act. With the idea to reverse the process and undo the act, WTP embarked on the journey to start at the root and untie the knot.

The Rail

The train left from Newark, New Jersey on the 20th of May and rode the rail for 16 hours. The ride was the opportunity for the leaders to get together and brainstorm. According to a few who were on the train and part of the ceremonial ride, at times, some of the leaders were seen looking as though they were in deep consternation., heads together, no doubt mimicking those who came before them, in acta non verba.
No one knows what the greatest men of our times, were saying but intention was clear. The government has ignored the peoples request for redress. They have constantly and methodically eroded the type of government that was envisioned when We The People in the year of 1776, laid out an earnest and strict document to ensure a free nation and therefore must be treated as usurpers and dealt with accordingly.

Let’s clear one thing up. We the People are about a peaceful change, a revolution without bloody tactics but we will not stand still while Communist and Dictators remove the Individual Liberties of the people of this great nation. Our people are free and we will not be subjects to the KING. We must face the enemies of the constitution and hold them accountable for treasonous acts.

The Arrival
Upon arrival at Jekyll, the modern day Patrick Henry’s and Thomas Paine’s, one by one, advanced onto the steps of the infamous Jekyll Island Club hotel, where the dirty deeds of yester year began to unravel the very documents of freedom that our country was founded on. Our leaders were there to undo the damage and right the wrongs. So one leader at a time, up the steps they came.

As we checked in to the hotel, I greeted each one with a smile and a heartfelt thank you. I was fortunate enough to have a friend and confidant accompany me. She acted as my trusted assistant as well, doing a service to all for this gathering. We unpacked and set straight away to the grand ballroom as it was time to prepare for the Ceremonial Greeting which proved to be a great inspiration to us all.

The Opening Ceremony
There was a procession of the flags by the Honor Guard. The flags were beautiful and very appropriately chosen. There was the original “Betsy Ross”, the flag from 1910 with 48 stars, the” Gadsden”, and “Old Glory”. They were carried in by visitors from the past, Ben Franklin, Thomas Jefferson, Martha Washington, and Betsy Ross (as near as I could tell). We all said the Pledge of Allegiance, the American Creed and sang the National Anthem.” There were speeches by the visitors and a very warm welcome from Bob Schulz. He explained the roll of the Continental Congress and he thanked all of the Founders for their sacrifices and dedication. We sang, “GOD of Our Fathers”, the Honor Guard removed the flags and we adjourned.

The Private Gathering
With much anticipation, Kendra and I went to the luncheon that was held in the very room where the Federal Reserve Act was created. The luncheon began with a blessing of the food.
Many of my very good friends were there and were a part of this glorious occasion. I would not normally refer to a luncheon as “a glorious occasion” but this was no ordinary luncheon. It was indeed, the most inspiring, and awesome ceremony I have ever been a party to. The people present were the crème d le crème of the patriot movement, the Founders of the movement. I was not impressed because of their worldly possessions or their ability to draw a crowd but rather by the actions they have each performed, by their sacrifice and dedication for years, to the cause of freedom.
A visitation from the past titled “An Inspired Beginning – 1775 by the Patriotic Players was incredibly moving, lending to the air of historical reverence. We were then inspired further by the most celebrated author of the movement, “G. Edward Griffin”, noted especially for his contribution to the illumination of corruption by those elite bankers who started the Federal Reserve in his famous work titled “Creature from Jekyll Island”. G. Edward Griffin gave a brilliant speech called, “A Rend in the Road- Jekyll Is. – 1910”

I was very fortunate to be seated with a fun crowd. There was a remarkable concentration of innovative minds. After a delicious lunch and wonderful conversation with the leaders at my table, the delightful proceedings of the ceremony began. Visitors from the past, dressed in full regalia, spoke eloquently of freedom and passionately of GOD. I was moved to tears and as I glanced around the room, I noticed the wet, teary eyes of many of the others. It was overwhelming and breathtakingly spectacular.

I could hardly believe I was living the dream I had for so long. I was in the same room with the greatest leaders of today, the wonderful men and women who were the guardians of freedom. To see these Founders, all working together, no longer pulling off to fight each individual issue, but together in one accord, the goal had been met. The dream became a reality.

One of the finest men I’ve ever known, Bob Schulz, the Founder of WTP, spoke with heartfelt emotion as he described the conditions we are now facing. How such a wonderful form of government has been usurped and what we must now do to confront the cancer that plagues us. Years of neglect by an apathetic people has created the opportunity for abuse by an out of control government. Bob spoke eloquently of a New Record for America. We applauded his lifelong dedication to our principals of freedom and his sacrifices as his speech ended with all, over the age of 40, longing for those days we once knew.

The Scroll
There upon the table, in back of the podium, was a beautiful scroll. It was, as you might imagine, similar to the one upon which our founders signed. It was dedicated and we were asked to sign the document of freedom, knowing that we may very well all be hunted down and killed by the dictatorial regime that has swallowed our soul and ate out our substance.
We signed it because it is how we all feel. It was a sacred ceremony of dedication to our founding documents as rule of law. The” Declaration” is the “Founding Philosophy” by which our nation abides. The “Constitution of the United States of America” is the “Governing Body of Law” which protects the people by limiting the government. The “Bill Of Rights” is the “Order of the Rights of Free Men”. We reaffirmed our devotion to “GOD and Country”, the cause of Liberty, the Brotherhood of Man and to our Union.
There was only one man present to refuse to affix his signature to the scroll (that I know of), Adam Kokesh. I’m sure he had his reasons though I personally did not ask him to explain his decision. That is his business.
We sang “America” and went to recess.

Milling Around
As I walked the halls of the Jekyll Island Club, There in the halls, the elevators, and the rooms was the smell of old money, the stench of old men rotting in their desires to rule the world. I felt a heavy sense that I had invaded the playground of the very enemy that seeks to destroy our way of life. I could hear the men who built the club and met here year after year to bask in their deceitfulness as they followed me around, declaring that I stop. They were screaming at me through the walls and glaring at me from their photos, ordering me to cease and desist! How dare we enter the lair of the elite? I and the others had simply failed to recognize their contribution to mankind. Of course I recognize the contribution. I’m not blind!!! I recognize it as the evil it is. I do recognize the “all seeing eye” on the back of the dollar and the knowing winks of bankers from the richest merchant houses in the world. I recognize them as the scourge of the Earth and a plague on mankind. I recognize that they have almost destroyed this country and the rest of the world with their greed and their thirst for power. I recognize them alright….

The Joint Session
This was such a fantastic gathering of Patriots from around the nation. Liberty Leaders and Founders, observers and players all gathered in the Ballroom, the very room where the elite bankers from days gone by, gathered to play, plot and scheme. Oh how sweet it was to put a spirit of light on their secretive little den of iniquity. There were opening remarks by Bob and then began the leader discussions.

Each leader gave his statement as to where his organization had come from, the accomplishments and the many defeats. They were able to document the usurpations of the government for years and years. Fortunately, I was able to share a few words with these men and women of great works!! I spoke about a great woman of courage, Bernadine Smith. She has fought to expose the corruption and put together a complete timeline of treasonous acts and the results. . I will not divulge the entire content of leader speak for the sake of brevity but it was of an intense nature, to be sure. They all brought a tremendous amount of information and loaned substance to the proceedings that would not have been possible without each of them. The time went by way too quickly and in the words of some, not so famous, nor virtuous, lady, “So many leaders, so little time”. We had to adjourn so that the JI staff could prepare the room for the evening meal.

The Liberty Banquet
Words cannot adequately describe how truly divine and spiritually fulfilling this experience was. How amazing it was to sit to sup, in the grandeur fashion of the elite, with freedom keepers and guardians of liberty. After the blessing of the food with song, Katherine Albrecht gave a toast to commence the evening’s proceedings.

This was followed by a wonderfully inspirational, Patriotic Presentation invoking a spiritual resurrection of our Founders hopes and aspirations for this great country. We all enjoyed this and became part of the festivities by selecting delegates in preparation for a reenactment of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. It was an extremely entertaining and delightful occurrence. I will always be grateful to Judith Whitmore for her innovative style and good taste. She arranged and produced the gala affairs and will be thought of with fondness for doing so. My hat is off to Judith. Our movement is full of talent and hers did not go unrecognized. This was the most wonderful dinner that I’ve ever had. As I recall, the food was excellent as well.

And to All a Good Night
The evening went well and afterward we all hung around on the porch and spoke about matters of freedom and liberty. We talked about other things as well. There were rumors going around that some very brave souls had some festivities of their own planned for the evening. Of course, I cautioned my young friends and asked that they be sure not to offend Bob Schulz and do anything that might make the Foundation achieve notoriety, for anything less than tasteful. They jokingly called me the mother of the Revolution and told me not to worry. I was certain that I had heard those words before, ( “don’t worry” )being the mother of two very active teenagers. However, these were not children, but instead, young adults and they weren’t my children after all, so I went to bed. Did I mention that it was with a bit of trepidation? A nice relaxing tub was all it took to put me into a relaxed state of euphoria and it was off to visit the sand man.

The door to the veranda was open and we could see the front lawn of the clubhouse. We had a nice room with a grand view. There was a bit of noise, some screeching, metal on metal sound that caused Kendra and I to look out of the windows and off into the distance. We saw nothing and decided that it was no matter of concern. The Flag Ceremony apparently took place while we slept. The beds were comfortable and I enjoyed the silence and I’m sure I did not dream. I was grateful to be able to sleep soundly and hopeful that we were a step closer to solving the great problems that face our nation. Some may consider this to be a bit of a grandiose statement but I’m sure I’m not the only one who felt that way on this most wonderfully unusual night. If the morning was as auspicious as this day had been we could be assured that it would only be a matter of time before our country would again be a strong, free nation.

Mr. Buttons and the Flag Ceremony
When I awoke, I was well rested and filled with anticipation. I was certain that we would come away from Jekyll Island with a plan to restore freedom. Kendra and I headed over to the coffee house and greeted our patriotic brothers and sisters along the way. They were out and about, milling around and conversing about matters of importance. I saw Ray looking at me with a big grin. He pointed to the top of the hotel where the Jekyll Island Club Flag flew and there in its place was the most honorable, Gadsden. The words Don’t Tread on Me and the Rattlesnake, displayed ever so prominently. At some point in the evening, the fort had been commandeered for the patriots and without a single shot being fired. There are stories circulating there will be a new YouTube out real soon. I can’t wait!! I will bet you that this signal does not go unnoticed by the elite robber barons! We salute Mr. Buttons and his crew of misfits and merry men or maybe I should say merry women. Only time will tell and “that’s my story and I’m sticking to it”.
