Men in Black Suits
Oh yes, I've heard more than a few stories of men in black suits that visit people that have inventions that work. Strangely enough, whatever is said to these people, silences them. You don't mess with the fed I guess. :(

HHO is nonsence
Chemistry is all about making and breaking bonds. With HHO gas you break bonds of some thing very stable, water, and making something highly cumbustable, hydrogen and oxygen gasses.
When you burn that gas you convert it back to water. You see the cycle?
The problem is with heat. Heat is energy that lost (over simplified but true). You went in a circle but lost allot of energy.
Hydrogen fuel would work great if we had nuclear power. But as it stands Petroleum is the battery we have and will be for a long long time.

Carburetors were/are built to burn "vapor" not the liquid we pump into them, which is mostly thrown out the tail pipe in the form of un-burnt fuel and pollution?
Answer: Run your fuel line through the catalytic converter to vaporize the gas/water before sending it into the carburetor?

Vapor lock occurs when the
Vapor lock occurs when the fuel becomes to hot and vaporizes before it gets to the carb jets. The conventional carb sprays out liquid fuel and vaporizes it. If the fuel is vaporized prior to reaching the jets, then the jets only recieve vapor. This means that the fuel to air ratio is so high that there is to much air to provide a combustible mixture, which is typically around 14-15 to 1 air to fuel. That the carb is jetting vapor instead of liquid is what results in the lock. If we vaporize the fuel before it mixes with the air then this does not result in the vapor lock, as we can regulate the amount of air to vapor. The conventional carb is regulating liquid fuel volume to air, the more the throttle is opened creates a stronger vacuum on the jets, thus the fuel flow is metered by the air flow. On the Catalytic Cracking Carb, the gasoline molecule is actually "cracked" at around 450 degrees to form gas molecules, much like natural gas. You wouldn't try to tell us that a LNG carb won't work because its created a vapor lock condition, would you?

Are you aware that there were carburetors built in the 1930's that did exactly what you're talking about? The Oil Companies bought the patents on them...they were said to provide fuel effiiency that would be in excess of 100 mpg for the full size autos of the 60's and 70's.

There was a guy back in Lansing michigan last year
who made it on the news with his homemade HHO rig so I looked into it . The News guys brought in a so called expert to debunk this idea and I'm sure like every other time they do their dis-info campaign people became afraid of this idea. Remember back in the day they had the perfect car bodies made out of Hemp and the powers that be knew that that technology would be really bad for the corporations so they spread their disease all over it and it wasn't allowed. Makes you wonder how many other inventions were silenced in the name of greed over the years doesn't it ?

My Toyota truck
saw an increase in gas mileage. I used a container made of ABS plastic with 25 strips of stainless inside. 3 pos, 2 neg and 20 neutral plates in a bath of KOH drawing 15- 20 amps and producing close to 1 L per minute of HHO. Heat was my biggest issue. It was a learning experience from the beginning but I'm glad I did it. I created this crude device from youtube videos and filtering chatroom bullshit in less than a month. The auto manufacturers could make a sano application for every vehicle if they so desired but would be forced to admit HHO is beneficial for combustion.

Liberator dry cell
I make the Liberator dry cell on ebay. Tested best against others there. A joe cell is electrolysis as far as I know. I have experimented with wet cells as well. The dry cell is best. I would not waste your time with the joe cell. My web page is not up yet. trying to get my girl friend to get going on it but I think I'm just going to have to do it myself. Just a kind warning, I know it won't stop you from discovering for yourself though...you'll spend years trying to get the Joe Cell to work, but you never will. You're time will be better spent trying to discover what Meyer's secret was. Or studying how to make Tesla's "Ball Lightening" occur and discharge within an engine cylinder. Study how ball lightening is made, study high capacity ignition and dual voltages, how they can be made to create a "plasma" ball within the cylinder and then discharge. Hint, the Joe Cell is nothing more than a Capacitor/Inductor.
Watch all of "Joe's" videos. You'll discover he never reveals the "Secret" to charging the water...THIS is what you'll spend years trying to accomplish correctly, but you will never succeed. The key to a Joe Cell is Ball Lightening, and there are other ways besides the elusive Joe Cell with its charged water.

Actaully the charge
is from electric system 12volts, I use KOH and low current.. I'm just using the design for more surface.
As for a plasma ball I am waiting to get these sparkplugs.

If you're using KOH then you talking about electrolisis, not a Joe Cell. I'd stick with electrolisis before I'd fiddle with the Joe Cell. There is a spark plug, can't remember the name of it at the moment, that has a ball in the middle and a little cage around it. These would likely produce a plasma ball if two seperate currents were applied. One to the block and a high voltage high freq to the plasma plug. Spray some steam on the whole thing as the meduim for ball lightening (plasma ball). As the piston moves up, it causes the discharge. Most likely what Meyers had discovered with his spark plugs.
