Schiff's positions beyond economics

Does anyone know Schiff's positions in the new economic sphere. If they are not moderate libertarian to liberal than I can't contribute to his campaign. He needs to be grounded in Connecticut culture to have a hope of getting elected. He can rally a lot of support for his economic wisdom, but if it's not coupled with being pro-choice, pro-social freedoms, and wary of war, he is unrealistic as a candidate.

I think he is anti-interventionism on foreign policy and I have never heard him thump the Bible.

Bear in mind that, if the economy worsens appreciably by election day 2010, it won't much matter what he believes on those other issue. There will be one relevant issue: Who do you believe on the economy?

They contributed to a PAC whose stated purpose is to convince liberty minded candidates to run. One of those candidates is Schiff.

I got suspicious when someone started raising money before he had made the decision to run.

If Schiff hasn't asked anyone to donate to his campaign - why should I?

the draft site is not asking you to donate right now. they already held a $22,000 money bomb on Feb. 21. these guys took a gamble that Schiff would run, set up a great quality website to encourage support, and it looks like it's going to pay off. to learn more, take a look around the website
