A bump

and a thanks joeDanger for posting these important video's of Ron Paul back in the day, trying to wake the american people up. I enjoyed these very much :o)

It's my pleasure, thanks!

It's my pleasure, thanks! I'm dying to get on a jury with an appropriate case to use this now. And it WAS great seeing young Ron preaching power to the people, the mans a legend!

I am also planning on waking up everyone I engage in casual conversation with to this fact. The jury has THREE choices, not 2!

"You are a den of Vipers.I intend to rout you out and by the Eternal God I will rout you out."

For an informed citizenry, individuals must discard the television set in favor of the acquisition of information via either books and/or the internet. An uneducated populous will remain in ignorance and thus continue to suffer the sharp ax of tyranny.

bump for freedom*)

The 3rd branch of government is the most dangerous

Thanks very much for this post....Once again a vindication of why Ron Paul was the best candidate for president.

In Masschusetts judges are appointed for life. The only check on tyranical courts is jury nullification and trying to make sure judges are approved by the Massachusetts Governor's Council on sound judicial philosophy, not political connections,

The Fatherhood Coalition actively lobbies the Massachusetts Governor's Council to approve or reject judicial nominees.

bump!

Bump!...

excellent

.

He should mention this when he gives a speech.

It's great that he talks about the federal reserve, sound money, and the constitution, and I'd sure like to hear him bring up jury nullification when he talks about the War on Drugs.

CITIZENS RULE BOOK!!!

I have to post the links for one of my all time favorite pocketbooks. Here is the Citizens Rule book. It is a small pocket size book you can buy http://infowars-shop.stores.yahoo.net/ciru.html I got mine for a dollar at a gun show...but wish I bought more). It will really bring perspective to jury duty. I am actually VERY excited to be a juror now! Sadly, I haven't gotten the opportunity yet :(

Anyway, below are links to a PDF version, and a web page version of the book. Buy it download it, or just read it online...It WILL make a difference! I had an earlier post about this over a year ago, so I am glad to see it brought back up again! It really is important people...we DO still hold the power in a courtroom, and even if the constitution is not being upheld by our so called government, the juror (you) can still overturn, and set the innocent free....even if the law says they are guilty for a crime.

"Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools" (Romans 1:22)

"Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools" (Romans 1:22)

I too am excited about being a juror

and every time I am called, I am never picked. I got a notice saying I would not be called for two years since I was rejected (my wording) twice, and showed up willing, ready and able.

WE ARE GOING TO WIN!
___.---.___

Doubt they will call any of us again

We know too much, it is counter productive to have knowledgeable jurors capable of critical thought.

Same thing here

I am on the same boat as you are. I was called twice to serve, but then I didn't make "the cut" so to speak. They haven't said I can't serve for two years, but I haven't had any word from the state for over 6 months now. I sure do want to be a juror though! Of course, I will be a pain in the ass to the system, but I tell you what, if I don't think the alleged "crime" the person being tried for is really a crime...he/she is going to go free! I will only let the person get a guilty charge from me if they have infringed upon someone else's rights, and only if they can be found guilty without a shadow of a doubt. Of course, there could always be certain circumstances where it may not apply. But I say, follow the constitution...even if it goes against the grain of "today's society".

I served once

Also was just picked and supposed to serve on the 18th but had to back out at the last minute. Sucked, It was a great experience first time around. Hopefully they give me a new date soon.

Let us prioritize Jury education,

after all, this is the last bulwark of freedom and political power that we as Americans have in this country. There should be a committee just on this issue in every local C4L organization and educating the public should be the top mission of this specific committee!

I am wondering why I didn't

I am wondering why I didn't hear about this at all during the campaign. Hmmm, maybe saving for Round 2?! :-) (let's hope so!)

Art of War

I would imagine that the good Dr. has read Sun Tzu's the Art of War. This battle was over before it began. Truth will prevail and no matter how many rounds it takes.
