to argue your beliefs, but, as I've posted in this thread already it is becoming clear that...Freedom is the choice to remove yourself from or enter into the discussion as you please, but tyrrany is demanding that when you've made your mind up everyone else has to shut up.
What's your thought on that? Please remember I'm not debating religion or faith here, I'm focusing on the nature of debate. People say this entire site is losing steam, that we've lost momentum, but I think the real problem is that we, in general, do not understand nor respect the fundamentals of DEBATE. I may or may not agree with what you think, but I'm not going to use insults to try to pursuade the crowd, nor antaginize to bend you out of shape. I'll attempt to use logical statements and verify that emotive notions are practicle to the topic. In the end it is about bringing quality and value to the table. Bringing insults is just slapping your own face; showing your own misunderstanding and inability to clearly voice your opinion. It's a poor quality and devisive.
