** Help Needed ** Take Back the Power to Create Money

As part of the new Open Government initiative a website was created where ideas can be voted up for consideration by the administration. Ellen Brown, author of "Web of Debt" submitted the following idea: "TAKE BACK THE POWER TO CREATE MONEY FROM THE PRIVATE BANKING INDUSTRY".
"Take Back the Power to Create Money" has moved up to #4 on the President's policy site and #10 overall (out of 1684 ideas). It's not too late to vote!

To get rid of the banksters.
The thing is, the answer needs to be a return to Constitutional money, or, even better, an amendment allowing free competition in currency, not just giving the Congress unconstitutional power over a fiat currency.
From a jurisprudence standpoint, one of the bigger problems of our day and age is the intense blatant unconstitutional nature of our current money system in America. Talk about blatant violation of the law and erosion of the overall rule of law in society!
If anyone is surprised about this economic calamity, they have not been paying attention!
