FL doctor proves in court vaccines cause autism

There has already been 6 million awarded in another case...

There has been another case recently, in which the jury awarded about 6 million after it was demonstrated that the vaccine caused the problem...

But, the problem with attacking the issue as 'causing Autism', is that the courts just shoot down with lots of precedent, any attempt that "Autism" as a specific term, was caused by the vaccination.

So, in this 6 mil case, they did not try to prove "Autism" was caused, but that each and every specific symptom and disabling neurological deficit apparent, was caused by the vaccine... bingo! On that basis they won.
So, they proved that all these particular symptoms and conditions (which happens to be the Autism picture) were caused by the vaccination, therefore in a sense allowing the finding of cause.

Autism is a complex set of problems, but as a specific named disorder is more vague. The courts have been casting out cases attacking vaccines causing 'autism', for years, until now!

Bottom line is to go after the specific deficits and changes as related to the vaccine, similar to this lawyer who is using photos, and you have a better chance of winning.... unless he calls what he sees in the photos, "Autism"... then he will be shot down!

It may be even hotter than you think, but the news media is keeping a damper on things by failure to report what it happening. Hopefully you all got the email with photos of the demonstration in Chicago. Lots of people and lots of really great signs. I don't know the date, got the first copy of the email on the 31st, but people are wearing only light jackets so it was recent or last year. The "Audit the Fed" signs make me think recent. Anyone know?
