Shall We Answer Rush Limbaugh's Call?

I just received The Limbaugh Letter which was a gift from my mom. It has a picture of Rush on the front cover, with the preamble to the Constitution in the background. The by-line under Rush's picture states: "We need a Teaching Tour, not a listening tour!" I'm sure he's not fully on board the freedom train, but he does have a point. We should listen to fellow citizens, but also be ready to answer questions and state our view clearly, concisely, and graciously. I personally think teaching also involves listening to what your audience has to say and answering their objections with reason. But we do need to be informative, too. My family is going to continue to educate our friends, we hope you will, too.

I respected him and his talk of conservative principles. He sacrificed his supposed principles to support George W Bush. He became a Republican hack assuming he was once something else.

has been on a one man teaching tour for decades and we are now seeing the fruits of his labor... thousands are being taught by him daily... Rush Limbaugh needs to teach himself first!

people need to be educated, I still meet people who don't know who Ron Paul is, but RP supporters can't help but share what they have learned. Anything that gets near Limbaugh will be co-opted by Limbaugh and he is still pro-control and pro-war...

I'm all for teaching, but as for Rush Limbaugh, the only call of his I'd answer would be a call to leave a flaming sack of dog crap on his front porch.
