Obama Middle East Speech Taped!!!

Did anyone catch the live feed of the Obama middle east speech this morning? There was a difference between the cable channels and the network channels. One of them was showing a taped version of the speech and the other appeared to be a live version. Take a look at the flags in the background. They are on different sides and also spaced differently. Not sure why the media would have played a taped version of the event. And more importantly, I am not sure why the media would have a taped version that was apparently conducted at an earlier time.

People are very crafty, I wonder if someone is just messing around and switched the flags after taping the speech. background does look altered or bad quality...

But since it is choppy I don't know if there is a reason for the switch other than being shot at different times. I admit i'm confused by what I see.

Even if the speech was exactly the same, and I am sure it is based on the fact that Obama reads right from a teleprompter, why would the media be provided a taped version. Not sure if this is standard operating policy or not. You could even say if they do this that they might have staged the whole landing on the moon experience because I don't believe anyone was actually live at that event clapping.
