They are going to use up all their levels and when something that is actually dangerous comes out no one will care, like the terror alerts. This is all a well laid out plan. The feds have allotted up to nine BILLION dollars to tame this non-existent beast. A lot of their friends will get very rich and a great many "useless eaters" will willingly line up for the free vaccines. These vaccines will be forced on EVERYONE not strong enough to resist.

What really bothers me...
Now, I know this is just a coincidence (twitch), but this coming to play with the next FEMA domestic terrorism exercise...
NLE 09 is a White House directed, Congressionally- mandated exercise that includes the participation of all appropriate federal department and agency senior officials, their deputies, staff and key operational elements. In addition, broad regional participation of state, tribal, local, and private sector is anticipated. This year the United States welcomes the participation of Australia, Canada, Mexico and the United Kingdom in NLE 09.
Scheduled for end of July.
So we'll be at a Phase 6 (technically martial law) with a big bunch of UN troops running around.

and I am assuming that you are Allison Bricker author of this story...so...where is anything stating that WHO will be moving to a level 6? Just curious because it isn't mentioned anywhere in the links that you provide.
I feel like I've just experienced an attempted drive by fear mongoring at the daily paul. I'm sure we are producing hits for you though right? If your going to claim such hysterics perhaps you should back them up with something, going around screaming martial law when even WHO is saying don't stop international travel just doesn't make sense.
