"The Fed Is Worried About Ron Paul"
"The central bank of the United States government--the Federal Reserve--thinks it needs a lobbyist, to work in Congress against Ron Paul. The Bloomberg story doesn't mention Ron, but instead interviews some ex-Fed think-tank hack in DC. But it is Ron Paul the Fed fears. What a great achievement of Ron's, to make what Andrew Jackson called "the Monster," the all-powerful, globe-dominating, special-interest funding. bankster-enabling, dollar-depreciating, business cycle-generating central bank worry about its image, for the first time since 1913. His presidential campaign alerted millions to the fact that we are being ripped-off by the Fed. His Audit the Fed bill (190 cosponsors!) scares the heck out of them. And wait until his End the Fed manifesto is published this summer! They'll need a whole corps of lobbyists, not that any number of fixers will be able to protect what is in essence a criminal counterfeiting gang, when its time is up at last."

It may be war....
But in the end it is a war we will win, the Federal Reserve shall be eliminated just like the New World Order it spawned.
The Federal Reserve needs to be extinguished once and for all along with all the false memories it created.....
Israel - Germany - Zionism - Federal Reserve
It will be war
before the fed calls it quits. They've had all the power for 95 years and won't give it up without a fight. 1775, 1812, repeat.

"I believe the true significance of the Gold Commission is that the politicians and central bankers were so alarmed at such a thing that they made sure it was packed by an array of Keynesians and monetarists." (Ron Paul 1985)
Does anybody know what's going to be audited?
What will Ron Paul's bill show us if it is passed? Are we going to find out how much gold remains in Fort Knox that belongs to the U.S.? What specifically are they looking to find out? It seems to me that most nefarious acts are probably not done at the Fed itself, but at the banks themselves. I guess we could find out what "assets" the Fed is holding and where all the trillions created out of thin air went. But who specifically is going to find that out? Auditing the Fed sounds great, but how would it work? It seems to me "they" could quite easily find almost nothing.
At the least
We'd get to see what all this crap is:

Who knows if they have other hidden crap off balance sheet, but at least we'd open up the reported balance sheet.

Federal Reserve Hiring Lobbyist for Political War
More of the same, but new source.
Written by Thomas R. Eddlem
Monday, 08 June 2009 00:00
The Federal Reserve caused the current economic crisis by suppressing interest rates and creating the housing bubble, Texas Congressman Ron Paul, Euro Pacific Capital president Peter Schiff, and others have charged. And now there’s finally been enough political push-back for the damage the Federal Reserve has wreaked that the Fed will be hiring a lobbyist.
The Federal Reserve’s choice of lobbyist is Johns Hopkins University Vice President Linda Robertson, who serves in a public relations role at the medical school. Robertson served as an aide on Capitol Hill in the House of Representatives. She served throughout the Clinton administration as a senior advisor to three treasury secretaries, and won the Treasury Department’s highest award, the Alexander Hamilton award. Her partisan service in the Clinton administration could be a sign that the Fed will tie its future to the Democratic Party, which is currently in charge of both legislative chambers of Congress and the White House.
Robertson has experience lobbying for another Ponzi scheme besides the Federal Reserve, but it is not something she'd likely want to boast about. Bloomberg.com reveals that she “headed the Washington lobbying office of Enron Corp., the energy trading company that collapsed in 2002 after an accounting scandal.” Not surprisingly, Robertson's Johns Hopkins biography omits her lobbying efforts on behalf of Enron.
The real issue about the Federal Reserve Bank hiring a lobbyist is corruption. A federally chartered agency should not be using money to hire lobbyists to influence Congress. By federal law (and by the Federal Reserve’s own account), all profits from the Federal Reserve are supposed to return to the U.S. Treasury (i.e., the taxpayers). Hiring a lobbyist robs the taxpayers of those dollars and corruptly uses taxpayer dollars to lobby directly against taxpayer interests. Congress should investigate the propriety of this action.

We have them running for cover! Lets show them! END THE FED!
lets show them they have a real reason to be afraid! Lets keep on educating people about the theft system the Federal Reserve is.
Lets take off the head of the beast.
Lets END THE FED!

The worldwide effect of such
The worldwide effect of such practices are enormous. Unfortunately people won't do much as the change is so gradual. In the meantime I suggest people read up on ethics, attend an accounting seminar, and speak to some economists.
Remember, money controls politicians
by controlling elections. Therefore, most Congressmen know who butters their bread, the "guys" with the money. Lip service is one thing for these people, but something tells me that they won't dare bite the hand that keeps them in office. The Federal money boys will be sure and send out their representatives to remind the sitting Congressmen who their real "friends" are. Maybe there will be a resurgence of integrity in American politics, that would be fantastic, and no one would deserve more credit than Dr. Ron Paul.

The Fed should be worried about the millions of us with...
...pitchforks and torches standing behind Ron Paul.

In the meantime..
How are you going to function without the Fed? If it disappeared today would you be ready? No more Federal Reserve Notes/"worthless securties" [see: IRC 165(g)] or credit cards to keep you in a state of insolvency. Just in case you're still reading I've got a well kept secret for you: two congressmen, Ron Paul and Philip Crane, wrote and passed the 1985 Gold Coin Act. It not only made it legal to contract in lawful gold and silver dollars (see: Title 31 U.S.C. section 5112) but it forced the mint to start coining money again as mandated by Article I, section 8, clause 5 of the Constitution.
I've been cashing my paychecks for gold and silver dollars for over 12 years. I paid one dollar (silver) for a haircut today. Went to lunch at a nice restaurant and paid one dollar for two people. Tonight both of us split a large popcorn, two cokes and saw a movie for one dollar. My rent is 20 dollars (gold) per month. It costs two dollars to fill my gas tank. Merchants who trade their goods and services for my money are watching the value of the coins increase daily. Actually, I remind them, there is no inflation or deflation with lawful money. It's the Federal Reserve Notes that are depreciating at an accelerating rate that makes it seem like the gold and silver dollars are worth more. Next year a loaf of bread will cost eight bucks. What's in YOUR wallet?
The Feds Will Come After Ron Paul
I worked on the Mitt Romney campaign. When I first began, I made fun of Ron Paul, saying he just get out of the race, and he was a fool. I have, since that time, read The 5,000 Year Leap, and am in the process of reading The Making of America, both by Dr. W. Cleon Skousen, and have come to understand the Constitution and the Bill of Rights like never before.
I no longer call Ron Paul names. I now agree with him.... wholeheartedly.
I fear for his life though. Anyone who has even gone up against the international and privately owned and operated Federal Reserve System has been murdered. Two main examples are Abraham Lincoln and John F. Kennedy - the only other two politicians who DARED go against the Federal Reserve Bank "of the United States" - (Ha! What a farce! It has NOTHING to do with the United States other than getting us further in debt and tying us up in its flaxen cords!)
Dr. Paul, please watch your back and be careful. They WILL attempt to get you killed.
I pray the Lord will watch over you, for our Nation needs more elected officials like yourself!

Just maybe...
I ahve felt the same.. worried someone would get rid of Ron Paul.. but just perhaps now that he has such a huge following....They would think twice about the consequence of that action.. I would think if anything happened to him that would start a REAL revolution..like the last straw
with the patriots..all of them..and there are millions of us...But things are so far gone now. The powers that be probably figure they can take us all down if it comes to that....
After the "death" of SR=1207 in the senate today..I wonder what his next step is ...We do need allot more "Ron Paul's".but I am sure the Senate
figures they have backed him off.. at least for this round.
Don't forget Andrew Jackson
He killed the bank, literally, for about 30 years at least. Until the Reconstruction Era pols let it live once again.

RON PAUL 2012
I am not sure but...
wasn't it more like 6 or 7 US Presidents
(William Henry Harrison, poisoned, in 1841, Zachary Taylor, Lincoln, Garfield, McKinley and John F. Kennedy 1963; 7 if FDR’s
poisoning is counted) have been murdered over the issue of private banking dynasties having control over the creation of
money, alongwith many others including Julius Caesar.
He is aware of the repercussions
Back when he served on the House Banking Committee Dr. Paul used to spar with Greenspan and told him to "Get a job!" He thereinafter received some death threats. Another congressman was boarding a plane with him and commented "I see you got yourself some 'shave gorillas' (private bodyguards)". Dr. Paul knew not to use Secret Service as they are Treasury Agents. The other congressman confided he had received threats also. Now we have 190 co-sponsors to audit this criminal syndicate. It'll be difficult, but not impossible, to assasinate the entire bandwagon.
Time for an audit!
Shouldn't bankers fear us and not the other way around?

Keep Your Eye On The Ball
Let's keep up the exposure of the Federal Reserve System. Don't get distracted by all the wacky theories about chemtrails, or "explosives in the buildings", or any of these dead ends.
We can't afford to expend our resources on dummy targets. The Federal Reserve is certainly one of the Conspiracy's vital areas. With sufficient understanding, the American people could replace the lap dogs in Congress with Americans who would pull the plug on the whole crooked system.
We see our politicians purposely trying to destroy the dollar. When it happens, we have to make sure that enough people realize that it was done on purpose. And that the proposed "solution" being offered by those politicians who worked to destroy the dollar is not for our benefit.
I agree...
The fed is the root of the evil. As the saying goes "The root of all evil is money". The other issues of corruption on so many different levels and in so many factions of our society mostly get paid by the fed.
END The fed!
Thus all other corruption will be revealed and accountable.
Yes, I agree, We must, along with Ron Paul
go after the Federal Reserve. Remember Ron Paul has been fighting this battle much longer than most of us, and he has put his life on the line, too. He is a very smart man, who knows much about the workings of this evil govt.. He is going after the Federal Reserve first. There is a reason for this, and we may not know it all. But I am sure he does, and that there is a good reason to do that. Although many of these conspiracy theories may have some truth in them, we really have to keep the Fed at the top of the list and not get distracted by other minor things.
I wouldn't trust any politician above the sheriff level.
And I wouldn't respect his authority unless I witnessed the vote myself. The town square. Raised hands. No ballot boxes.
I hope to God you all feel the same way.
The best thing is the Awareness Ron Paul has brought
I fear the HR will go down in flames, but some good has already come of it. The widespread appearances of Dr. Paul on TV, his widespread YouTube videos, and his forceful CSpan interrogations of Bernanke are all helping to get the word out about the FED.
HR may not pass this time, but the writing is on the wall, and that is a good thing.
The bankers have controlled congress from the beginning.
so they don't have any judges?
How about the attorney general?
You think they have some folks there?
The fed went in to operation in 1914. Never been audited. One congressman filed charges against them in 1933 for fraud.
One...in 1933.
Did ya ever wonder why? I mean honest to fandango can ya shut the TV off long enough to wonder why the private bank has done what it pleases for 95 years with one congressman...who got shot at for his courage...saying a GD thing?
You think this day is any different for the men who rule the planet?
Our gold reserve is gone and the federal governments contribution to GDP has gone from about 5% in 1914 to 44% today. Is there a pattern here?
You think our gallant congressmen and government officials are suddenly going to grow balls and throw them out?
What about the last 95 years? The fed was OK then? All of a sudden they are bad guys?
They need an effing lobbyist?
Do you know who owns the two national parties? August Belmont was a party chairman...go look that guy up. Every damn politician and government official there is a paid employee of the bankers.
Dr. Paul is One person in a football stadium full of "lobbyists." The freaking president is a lobbyist for the bankers for G sake.
Paid?
They are all paid...the guys print the damn money don't they?

i don't think bernanke et al
i don't think bernanke et al are scared for their own sake.. they've not been there very long. i think they're merely worried about the damage it'll do to the frail economy and the dollar if the cat gets out of the bag about all the long history of monetary abuses the fed has committed.
in a way i can understand their thinking. if we keep people in the dark and try to cover everything up, we can buy ourselves some time and maybe try to figure out this mess...
...unfortunately things don't work this way, as history demonstrates. keynesian economics always fails, ending in depression and/or fascism and socialism. the people will find out anyway. better to let them find out now so they can work to fix everything with a real team effort by an informed public, rather than try to rescue this ailing disaster prone system we have.
the fed is a bullet wound gushing blood. the only thing they can do is put a band aid over it. unfortunately, the only way to fix a bullet wound is to first pull off the band aid so you can see it, debride the dead tissue, and then start repairing the mess!
