it means if you had a right to do it before the code, then you have the right to do it after the code. Anything that was a "right" is still a "right"

I got about 1/3 the way through this...
document about 8 or nine months. I saw it at the famguardian.org site. Unfortunately to save paper I printed it (2) pages a side, front and back of a sheet. Not only do you have to hold it funny to read it, but the print is small, the small print is really small. It is probably to my benefit that this happened. There is enough information in this document to get you really free, or really in trouble. This is the document that opened my eyes to the fact that if you do not plug in an understand of the law, both versions, you are a sinking boat in this world. Our forefathers, not just the ones who wrote the Constitution, but those that have interpreted since, may not settle right into your way of seeing the world; Lord knows some of them don't sit right in mine, But those individuals who have shaped the legal and lawful aspect of this present world are none the less fluent in a discussion us "mortals" do not understand.
I recently rewatched THX 1149 and this fluency issue just popped into mind. If you've not seen it, or as a reminder, there is a scene in that movie where the protagonist is on trial for a crime. His representative speaks in a series of cryptic messages into a microphone. That's might seem "normal" when you're making fun of lawyers, but the sublime moment is when you realize that only the representative hears the speaker bringing the response to the argument returned. The protagonist was on trial, listening to half of a conversation. How could he ever possibly understand with with what or how to defend himself.
We are in that very position when we deal with the "law" in this world, if you believe the premise of this document. I do. It is powerful. And had I read it all at once, I am sure my brain would have bled out. It's not that the contents are that strange, but their ramifications are fundamental.
I've carried that document with me almost daily since I quit reading it. It stays in my bag for work, except for the two vacations with me on so far. I'll get back into it soon. Eventually it be a war between "national" and Spooner.

Just to make sure I have this right. I came to be an American citizen in the corporation known as the United States of America, when I volunteered for my birth certificate and social security number? This registered me as a corporation and subjected me to the income tax? Let me guess, this is why they say the income tax is voluntary, because I volunteered to be registered as a corporation in the corporate United States?
No, not really.
The IRS/income tax issue is very complicated. I'm not even going to try and explain it as it is in depth and there are varying opinions. Widely varying.
As far as "volunteering" your Application for Live Birth, which enabled the USACorp to establish your Employer ID number (the government is our employees, we are the employer) the main thing to know is that they operate under a presumption of equity because you never publicly established your "true state." Due to your silence (and the SS5, Social Security Application), the Corp has Power of Attorney over your EID#.
I'd love to give easy access to the solution to this, but there is none available - nothing I can share on here. But you can find it. Look into "Revoking Power of Attorney". There are many solutions in commerce, but they will be yours only once you adopt them. This is not meant to be enigmatic, it is actually the reality of the situation: No one can adjust your account "properly" except you, and you have to decide what "properly" means to you.

It's b/c this commercial knowledge (contracts, etc) stuff and individual solution stuff doesn't fly well here (you have noticed). I've tried bringing it up a couple times, created a couple of threads - they go no where. All (most) of my posts try to point to my "self" and the other "selfs." (groups/sides/labels mean very little to me). It's understandable that few have eyes to see this. But no use trying to teach a pig to sing. It's a waste of time and annoys the pig.
Most of the people here are entrenched in what they think is going to be useful. I have not been able to shake the sense that even though their intentions are relatively good (being a libertarian myself), that their emotions and thoughts are so scattered (over the planet) and so little introspection at all going on, it will be very difficult for them to accomplish much. Most of them are caught blaming the rest of the world (or the country) for their problems. They're not ever going to get the results they are looking for. Only by taking (or trying to take, no one is perfect) full responsibility for their own situation can they see their only true power/influence.
I believe that my insistence to myself to view MY frustrations and challenges in that way has led me to find some other "ways of behaving" in our society. If you get into this "contract law" and "commercial law" stuff, you (editorial "you") will see very quickly where most of these political and social activists are gonna just keep spinning their wheels and remaining frustrated at the status quo. They are not addressing their own personal status quo.
Voting might be the LAST thing any of these people should be involved in? I cannot speak for anyone, tell them what to do - but voting is a benefit/privilege - what does one give up for that privilege? No one is studying their contracts they've made - and they fail to recognize that the "new world order" has been here for quite a while, its called maritime-admiralty law (contract law), and it is our biggest protection against the PTB.
One's unwillingness to address this, because of some love-affair with politics, or the "Constitution", is ignoring the basis of the only real solutions.

send an affidavit to the IRS, declaring under penalty of perjury that you are NOT a "citizen of the United States" as defined in 26 USC, and that you are a "national" and any compensation you receive is equal trade for your labor, and is "foreign estate" and not subject to "income tax"
send it certified mail, through a notary mailing service preferably. in that affidavit give them 90 days to refute it. When they dont, that affidavit becomes fact and admissible evidence in any court.

Your parents applied for a birth certificate, which is NOT mandatory, then they applied for a social security number for you, also not mandatory. By doing this you gave up your rights in trade for a privilege. ALSO, by using a zip code, your address is a federal zone. The constitution only guarantees delivery to post offices, NOT to your house, that, is a privilege. Social Security is a privilege, tax refunds are privileges, and none of those things come for free.

When you get a ticket for 100 dollars for speeding, a bond is created for that $100 to be invested. they are assuming you will pay it.

Unfortunately, their "assumption you will pay" becomes "you are forced to pay". And you are taught to respect that false contract early. I used my "state Citizen" I.D. to go through the Nazi/TSA airport checkpoint on my way to the the Rally for the Republic. Though I was detained briefly as a "Selectee" it worked like a charm. I was able to educate the Homeland Security thugs about the two different citizenships dilineated in the Constitution. Those that could comprehend what I was talking about were quite receptive and wished me a safe flight.
The question now is, are you an American or a U.S. citizen?

be warned, this is another rabbit hole. But extremely potent. This knowledge by itself explains where our "Constitution" has gone. We have not been living under the constitution for quite a while. The Constitution is not the "right" that most patriots consider it. It must be invoked, and invoked properly. If you do not understand this, your effort are likely "misdirected." Your confusion and frustration is the result.
