Heartfelt Sympathy for Finster's loss

I heard from Finster yesterday ...his wife has lost her struggle to stay in her body ...this happened last Thursday. She had been in ICU for almost 3 weeks. He is questioning himself by what more he could have done or done differently. My heart goes out to him for this devastating loss.
He appreciates everyone that tried to help and the words of support the last few weeks.

for posting this and thank YOU ALL for your thoughts , prayers, and poems. I was going to let you all know what happened but I can't seem to think straight.
My family and I were devastated but are starting to recover a bit now.
I have been waking up in the middle of the night in a cold sweat blaming myself for not saving her, I feel like I had the answer at my fingertips - Colloidal Silver - I failed to get any into her. The last straw for her was a fungus infection in her blood that may or may not have come from the hospital.
However I also find that the hospital and doctors are at fault, I asked about 8 of the doctors about CS - none of them had a clue on how to use it and would not let me give it to her myself. Another freedom lost.
I realize at this point it will do me no good to blame anybody. Hopefully I will be able to channel that energy into bringing about awareness to other people and the hospital about CS.
My wife is a wonderful spirit who helped people whenever she could. Her spirit also lives on in her 4 children who all believe in Ron Paul's message and in me.
I am gross and perverted, I'm obsessed and deranged, I have existed for years but very little has changed, I'm the tool of the government and industry too. Have you guessed me yet??

Blaming yourself is one of the first thoughts we focus on--
We live in an imperfect world--there will always be uncertainties---
My sis lost her husband over a year ago, and she still has bouts of self-blame because she didn't 'make' him go to the doctor! Of course she wasn't to blame. Does inflicting emotional pain on one's self help to dull the loss? Surely not. You are right to know to channel the energy elsewhere.
You tried to convince the docs to use CS---and they wouldn't.
Be at peace that you did your best, supported her and loved her, and you will continue to be there for your family, keeping her memory alive.
Our thoughts and prayers
are with you and understand, she is a wonderful place with many great Patriots. Her spirit will live on there too.

Losing one's partner in this world would never be easy, but during such uncertain times the emptiness must be great.
As always, the "Hillbilly Hilton" in Idaho is open for couch surfers who need some time in the mountains. It is not much, but it is what I have. As for the mountains, what they have to offer is Grace.
