REAL ID Alive and well in Anti-Real ID States!!
While everyone rests after the big Real ID fight across the nation, it is now clear that most all Anti-Real ID states are using facial recognition software to convert your digital pic to a template. You have a "faceprint" on record in Montana, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, Illinios, Oregon, Texas, West Virginia, Iowa, Massachusetts, Indiana and many others - over 30 states in fact!!
I have started a class-action lawsuit in Pennsylvania to stop PennDot from stealing our identities. Biometrics include fingerprints, DNA, faceprints, iris scans, etc. Without Due Process, no one is allowed to take YOUR personal property!!
See Lawsuit Below: (If you have a PA license, whether you've moved or not, you can be part of this lawsuit.) JOIN ME - We have 300 plaintiffs now, and The Law Offices of Clymer & Musser are representing us.
** Note: Jim Clymer is the National Chairman of the Constitution Party with a firm that is dynamite.
For all Pennsylvanians who care about their privacy rights:
There is a class-action lawsuit underway against PennDot for stealing your identity. We are currently in the beginning stages, trying to get as many plaintiffs on our list as possible before filing this lawsuit. We currently stand at 300 plaintiffs.

In the words of State Rep. Sam Rohrer, from his press conference:
"Exactly two years ago, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania entered into a $45 million contract with Viisage Technology, self-described as 'the industry leader in instant issue digital driver's licenses.' Viisage, later renamed L-1 Identity Solutions, became responsible for issuing Pennsylvania driver's licenses.
Under the authority of Governor Rendell, Viisage and PennDOT launched a new program in June 2006 known as FaceEXPLORER to be used in conjunction with the issuing of driver's licenses. This program uses an upgraded, high-definition photograph taken at a driver's license center to create a facial recognition template, or 'faceprint,' similar in purpose and uniqueness to a fingerprint. This faceprint is a form of biometrics based on the measurements of a person's unique, personal facial geometry. The faceprint goes beyond such easily recognizable physical features as haircut, glasses or facial hair and into an analysis of one's unique facial structure. Once this personally unique faceprint has been created, it is stored in a database to be used to compare against the faceprint of others. By these means, PennDOT and Viisage hoped to reduce identity fraud and theft. In reality, FaceEXPLORER has been a 'back-door' means to implement the REAL ID Act of 2005 without the consent or knowledge of either the legislature or the people."
Rep. Rohrer goes on to say that " . . . Neither PennDOT nor Viisage has inherent authority nor have they been granted any exception to take biometric information from the citizens of the Commonwealth. . .The actions allowed by Governor Rendell further violates statutory law. . .Significantly, this issue constitutes a major Constitutional violation. . . "
Your biometric faceprint can be picked up by surveillance cameras to track your every move. This has to be stopped. Our biometric data must be destroyed/deleted!
We need to join together. This is a crucial moment that we cannot let slip away.

I believe you are the same lady I heard
on the live webcast with Gary Franchi a few weeks back.. Great job! Question: How far back are they going? I have an old PA license, I moved in 2005.
Yes, that was me on Gary Franchi's Show
I plan on doing other interviews to publicize this lawsuit to the national level. Including Alex Jones.
PennDot/Viisage Contract started in 2001
Are you telling me that you have a PA license, or rather, "had" one? When did it expire? If it was still good in 2005 or 2004, I hate to tell you, but all "legacy" digital images were also converted with FaceEXPLORER software and chances are you have a "faceprint" here in PA. (Which means your info is stored in Mass. and will be used internationally down the road.)
You are probably marked like the rest of us. In fact, I can pretty much bet this is the case since they have been doing these conversions for quite a few years now. PennDot has admitted that they have converted 100% of all DL pics and state ID's. New and legacy pics.
You can always join the lawsuit, we can find out for you whether you have been converted. What state are you presently living in now? Chances are, they are doing it there too.
What up with PA?
Lancaster, Pa., keeps a close eye on itself
This historic town...may become the nation's most closely watched small city. Some 165 closed-circuit TV cameras soon will provide live, round-the-clock scrutiny of nearly every street, park and other public space used by the 55,000 residents and the town's many tourists. That's more outdoor cameras than are used by many major cities, including San Francisco and Boston.

Embarrassed by the Cameras
As a Campaign for Liberty member, it is embarrassing to be living in a town just recently blanketed with cameras. There are 165 going up in a 10 block square area. It's about money, not security. We now have a new Convention Center in the middle of town and so the Mayor needs to be able to say we are "safer". Give me a break.!!
Bump
for the overnight crowd.
Our time is NOW
If we do not kill this idea of a national ID card NOW, we may never get another chance. It will be too late! Do we all want to be numbered? Do we want our personal information, especially physical/body/biometric type information put into a data bank to be used internationally?
Isn't anybody paying attention anymore? The news keeps coming out, "Hey, we are now beating the Real ID, we passed our law against it!" This is a fantasy.
Research the Driver's License Agreement (DLA) between the AAMVA and the state DOT's and you will find out how they are implementing the Real ID right under your noses.
