Update: The Saga Of The Bearer Bonds ($134B)

Saturday, June 13. 2009
The Saga Of The Bearer Bonds

It just gets more and more odd after my original report, with the latest coming from a German newspaper (translation courtesy of Google):

Hit for the Zöllner: The contraband securities valued at 134 billion U.S. dollars are apparently real. Die italienische Finanzpolizei hatte zwei Japaner ertappt, die im doppelten Boden eines Koffers milliardenschwere Anleihen in die Schweiz schaffen wollten. The Italian financial police had two Japanese caught in the false bottom suitcase billion-dollar bonds in Switzerland wanted to create. Von dem Fund profitiert das hochverschuldete Italien.

Note that this has received very little coverage in the so-called "mainstream US media" - but it is everywhere in Europe and Asia.

Japan, for its part, oddly said the following as soon as this story started to hit the press:

“We have complete trust in the fact that the U.S. views its strong-dollar policy as fundamental,” Yosano, 70, said in an interview in Tokyo on June 10 before attending a Group of Eight meeting of finance ministers starting today in Italy. “So our trust in U.S. Treasuries is absolutely unshakable.”

Uh huh. And the Japanese said in December of 1941 that all was well too. Anyone remember what happened on the morning of the 7th?

Let's apply a little "Occam's Razor" to this entire story.

Fear message

The three countries involved in your post have central banks. These banks are owned by the same people. Those bonds are fraudulent and have been deemed so by some of the world's most esteemed scholars.....

You are talking about bogus IOU's issued by privately owned central banks that are run by criminals....these bogus IOU's are then reported on by the media which is owned by the central bankers.

Ignore it, you will feel much better.

Watch the Money Masters....please watch it? Most of us here have and we all feel a lot better about the world now.

Yeah I posted this as well; MSM has spiked the story.

What a shock.

North Koreans?

Could they be North Koreans on forged Japanese passports with forged bonds?

It would not be the first time they sent their people abroad under fake passports and forged currency.

One of North Korea's biggest industries in counterfeiting.

the fed forges money all the

the fed forges money all the time.. why can't they! :)

Hey McCain-----┌П┐(◣_◢)┌П┐

So is that

where all the bailout money ended up??

That explains why no one seems to know where it went....

They had it in a suitcase with a false bottom

dumbasses. It is paper, there are a million better ways they could have hid this. Unreal.

Those who expect to reap the blessings of freedom must. like men, undergo the fatigue of supporting it.-Thomas Paine

The R3volution requires action, not observation!!!!

Perhaps Japan was trying to quietly

trade them for other assets?

Russia has already started this process as has China. Maybe they thought if they could sneak into Switzerland it would be easier to hide the transactions.

If these are fake, then I think Italian police just stumbled on an attempt to bring down the U.S. faster than we will do on our own.

With that much in U.S. securities, I'm sure they could have

sold a tiny fraction of one percent of them and purchased their own jumbo jet to go any place they wanted at any time of their choosing. That assumes the genuine nature of the securities of course.

exactly

It smacks of a low budget counterfeit operation. 6 dudes with some nice photo equiptment. In the fake bottom of a suitcase?? $134 billion? Each probably had a face value of $1 billion. They'll probably find that these geniuses cranked out a few $1 million dollar bills and some backstage passes to Britney and AC/DC too.

uhhhhhh why not just mail

uhhhhhh why not just mail the things? A false bottom suitcase just sounds like the stupidest way EVER to transfer 134 billion dollars.

134billion

I personally find it hard to believe that anybody with 134 billion dollars would have to sneak around with some suitcases at some kind of border crossing.

do you know who the annunaki

do you know who the annunaki were?

Yes I do. Don't worry I am not really a member of a evil alien race nor am I a member of a group of Sumerian dieties. Using Anunnaki as a on-line name is just my idea of having some fun.

interesting theory if nothing else.

For an informed citizenry, individuals must discard the television set in favor of the acquisition of information via either books and/or the internet. An uneducated populous will remain in ignorance and thus continue to suffer the sharp ax of tyranny.

Sorry Joe,

Any page that has the name Sorcha Faal on it is not on my list of wanting to read.

Sorcha Faal and that site are pure garbage

They never provide corroborating sources. Every story contains "reports" "sources" "insiders" but no way to actually verify them. The claims are always outlandish and I've yet to see a single report pan out as real.

That site is the worst of the worst in terms of absolute mindlessness. It is nothing but sensationalism that has even less truth to it than the Star, Sun, or Enquirer.

Why someone is wasting their life on it I'll never know. Maybe they are on really good prescription drugs or something. (the site is a nightmare of graphic design as well)

It has been debunked ad infinitum here and elsewhere. There are plenty of good sites out there with hard to find news to waste brain cells on that one.

my apologies

But I love good geo-political fiction! "You are a den of Vipers.I intend to rout you out and by the Eternal God I will rout you out."

DAMNED interesting question

Cant wait to see how the MSM wants us to see how this one unfolds. Looks like they were trying to get into Switzerland ( land of the dont ask/ dont tell bank accounts). Maybe they were coming FROM Vatican City.

Wasn't Switzerland forced

not too long ago to disclose?

I'm wondering what will come

I'm wondering what will come of this.

Wow, one of the

people commenting said he was Italian and that it was on some of the news media and they talked to a policeman. There sure is a lot of stuff going on. Maybe, they are all trying to find a hiding place for all the money they are stealing.

Prepare & Share the Message of Freedom through Positive-Peaceful-Activism.

Unbelievable! $500M/Bond. One of those alone is unbelievable.

What in the world is going on? Are they real or counterfeit? How does one redeem a $500M Treasury Bond? Does anyone know? You you take it to a bank and just open up an account? Does each have a metal band embedded within to be scanned?
Amazing story.

interesting
