Connection problems

I have been picking up the internet from the air, now I am connected but I can not get passed the comcast window asking for my account, that I do not have.
Any ideas!!!!!

There are 2 unsecured wireless in the area and I have been picking it up. Comcast just went digital. Now I can not get past the Comcast window.

you have been picking it up from the air? you mean wireless? how were you picking up internet from the air if you hadn't had an account?
hate to change the subject, but I was about to start my own post and saw yours and I figured we could share the thread instead of having competing threads...
ok and I have been having a problem myself, I am hearing commercials out of my computer like every five minutes, strike that... like two minutes its either airwick spray or lysol disinfectants spray talking about "the one you love could be carrying the flu virus" and stuff like that, its mostly different lysol commercials, but I have closed all my firefox windows and the commercials still keep coming... its driving me nuts... anyone else getting this????? has lysol and infiltrated my computer or what?!?!
this has been going on since about 3:45am CST...

That has been happening a great deal all over the networks where comcast is present. I had to unplug my modems and routers, reset them and then turn them back on to clear up the problem.
