Poll: Can you be part of the RP freedom movement if

0 votes

You do not believe that 911 was an inside job.

A. Yes, while many people in the 911 truth movement support Ron Paul, it is not the key issue of the movement.

B. No. Knowing the truth about 911 is the cornerstone to the freedom movement. There are so many facts that provide evidence for the inside job that if you do not believe it, you are either asleep, or a disinfo troll.

No one here has been willing to answer this question yet. Please, this is important.

Hmm... that's a tricky one.

Let's check out both sides...

A. Yes - because true lovers of liberty is not bothered by the fact that one does not believe that 911 was an inside job.

B. No - because we must control what people believe.

truth liberate

What sham posts...after recent polls showing 60 to 1 support

for the movement to seek 9/11 truth...we STILL must support these stupid and juvenile polls and troll posts designed to strike controversy and division where there is NONE. Please moderators what's up...are we here at DP so hard-up for members that we must have this crap as part of our everyday visits ?

A, but... that is what led

A, but... that is what led me to Ron Paul, the DailyPaul, the End the Fed Network, Chemtrails etc. I believe it is a little of both. It is not the core issue, but when you figure out 911 was an inside Job, the rest falls into place. I was reading here on the DP today a comment that really hit home. Look who profiteed the most by it, Haliburton, Boeing, Northrop Grumman, Ammuninition manufactures, folks who trade options in enormous volumes in the stock exchange, the Banks, and it got Bush re-elected by the thinnest of margins.

Like somone else posted, the Patriot Act etc.

Definitely. I am trying to compare this to something here..
I could ask the question: Should the government take care of infrastructure in this country or the private corporations? Now, I am sure there would be a wide variety of answers. So now you can ask the question was 9/11 an inside job? Obviously, this site leans toward the view that it was but I am sure there are a few that do believe it wasn't, either they are silent or are not active. Everyone can learn the truth eventually, but there should not be any prerequisites.

Yes

There aren't that many of us to begin with, why would you want to make the number even smaller? Also, to the best of my knowledge Ron Paul doesn't believe it was an inside job. (I don't either.)

I will disagree with you Ironman77 on saying

that 911 is not a major issue for Ron Paul followers , what has
happened to America since 911:
1. Patriot Act
2. Irag & Afghanistan wars
3. Fall of many innocent lives in USA and Middle East over
what lies from our President & cabinet.
4. Habeus Corpus is now gone
5. Trillions of dollars spent to fight a made up enemy who is
being run by our CIA and also trillions lost in the
stock market that dreadful day.
There are many more to mention but I would rephrase your
opinion that 911 is not an issue that is wrong.

If we are all looking for honesty and integrity in our
government like we all see in Dr. Paul then we better
start on September 11, 2001.

Certainly.

"A" is my answer.

But,the converse is also true, and there are many battles to be fought. And different people may have different ideas about what the "key issue" might be.
There are people who pick their battles, because that is one of their interests, and all the facets of this need attention.

And in certain cases "B" is also true, depending on the individual.

Of course people can be part of the freedom movement...

... if they don't believe that 9/11 was an inside job.

Everyone doesn't support RP for the same reasons, as we all know.

We don't have to be clones of him.

Besides, everyone who believes 9/11 was an inside job didn't necessarily always think that, even if they had been supporting RP all along.

One of the big problems this movement faces is when some feel it necessary to label, group, and marginalize people...as you attempt in your description of "B" with your multiple issues and assumptions.

People can realize the relevance to the liberty movement regarding 9/11, the relevance being that lives and liberties have been, and are still being lost because of what happened that day, without necessarily thinking that people who don't realize the relevance must be trolls.

It is bad enough when people do assume that those who don't see 9/11 as a cornerstone are trolls.

But when an option in a poll is posed that implies as a given that people who think those who don't see 9/11 as a cornerstone are trolls, that is just as bad.

Honestly...A

it is supposed to be a big tent...My dad 73 and father n law 83 are not able to question 9/11...I do...but if this truly is a "big tent" we have to recognize it is not exclusive to 9/11 truth. I do not "go there" with them..it is better to agree on 99% than to alienate on one issuse.

Change the poll question

Can someone who believes 9/11 WAS an inside job be part of the RP freedom movement?

a) yes....just like the first answer.

b) no: RP himself doesn't believe in this and it marginalizes the importance of the message by making us look like a bunch of tin foil hat wearing idiots.

I'm not going as far as b), but we're both asking a questions designed to get an answer we're looking for.

My thoughts exactly

I was thinking "talk about a Frank Luntz style question with that wording" :)

A

The answer is A.

I have never supported the idea that 9/11 was an inside job.

I, however, knew Bill Cooper (via email) and have been very aware for a very long time. I heard Bill predict 9/11. I heard Alex predict 9/11. I saw FOX broadcast the 9/11 inside job war game episode in March 2001.

Despite this, I am an objectivist and this is what the movement is about. Logic, reason, facts, observation, understanding, comprehension.

If you don't think 9/11 is an important issue, then don't talk about it. That is fine.

But people should not insult and polarize the range of arguments between "BELIEVE" and "RIDICULE".

The truth is not in what I say, it is in what the facts say.

Objectivism and understanding is a process. Recognize that you cannot say that 9/11 was an inside job or wasn't. No one has evidence to prove either.

What we do have evidence of is massive lies and nano-thermite. I don't know what that means, but it justifies a new 9/11 investigation.

This is the bigger point of this issue -- be OBJECTIVE and study the facts for yourself.

A - Liberty Loving

A - Liberty Loving Republican who asks truthers hard questions, I will never leave the liberty movement, even if people like sentinel want "disinfo trolls" like you and I to leave. I really want sentinel to answer this poll.

To lessen the blow here, I am just following Ron Paul's example, and yes, I do think for myself.

If it's B. then Dr. Paul is not a part of the freedom movement.

Dr. Paul says 9/11 was blowback, that "we were really brought down and chaos was caused by 19 individuals with box blades."

That's why it is an important question

Is Ron Paul a leader or just a vehicle ?

Other question

Are truthers legit or trolls designed to take normal people away from the movement by discrediting it?

sometimes it seems like

sometimes it seems like there cant be a real person behind the arguments, but most of them are coming from sincere people that want to help.
