Be careful on number 8!
Also, please be sure to answer the poll question right below the quiz.

Good quiz
here's a bump.

Quiz Update: This one must be really hard!
The software I use doesn't give me easy stats, so I have to take the quiz myself to see what percentage of people got each question right. On most of the questions (8 of 10?) that percentage is under 50%
This one must be particularly hard.
Please let me know if you have any thoughts about that.

Its questions are tricky, Jack.
Based on technicalities, from what I can see. For example, your Fourth, Ninth, and Tenth Amendment questions.

Hey, Kevin.
Yes, as I'm making the quizzes I'm realizing that they are tricky---which begs the question of just what I'm trying to do!
Today's was my 8th quiz and I've been trying generally to ask questions about what it says or doesn't say ,without getting into very many questions of interpretation. So some of this just comes down to memorization---whether you can quote it or not-----or better yet, if you happen to have memorized all the MEANINGS of the document.
Thanks for being a guinea pig. I'm working on putting together a full curriculum---not so much like Badnarik's cool class, but more of a reading comprehension curriculum that simply runs the student through what the document says. (No spin or agenda, etc.)
Actually, I intend to put the text up so that it can be seen WHILE you're taking the quiz. Easy, right? But if the point is simply to get people to acknowledge what they just read, then that'll work.
I'll try to put together a rough version of that before next week's quiz.

I have a question.
Say I get a projector that hooks to my laptop, and I take it to a community meeting. Say that at this meeting I have no internet connection. Is it possible to download your video on Americas Biggest Problem and show it to the group using the projector? How can I do it?
OK, Farmer...
My maximum upload is 2 MB and the video file is 40 MB!
If you want to email me an address, I can burn it to disk and mail it to you. Otherwise, perhaps somebody here could suggest another method.
(I have gmail, but it only goes up to 20MB. I don't know if there's a way to split a file in half and put it back together.)
Also, I've watched a YouTube video before, and then disconnected from the Internet and watched it again (without refreshing the page). But I think this option becomes no longer available after a while.
Anybody have any ideas?

Maybe
the best option is to find a venue with a connection. Thanks.
Yeah, that would work.
You could also find somebody with a wireless network card. I've used a Verizon card often and most of the time you can watch video on it pretty well (depending on the area). Also, even if the first play-through is jinky, you can repeat the video and it's clear.

Hmmmm.
Farmer, I just checked the file (Windows Movie Maker) and it's 40 MB, which is huge. I could post it in that format so you could just download the file from my site, but I'm not sure the WordPress software will allow that file type.
Let me poke around a bit and I'll get back to you.

Great Quiz
Jack.
I sure
have a lot of studying to do. My scores are getting worse instead of better.
With 8 quizzes, I've written 80 questions.
Obviously, the easier questions came first, and now I'm scrounging for more to ask.
I'd like to get into stuff about the history of the Constitution, but that's just a different thing from the simpler task of calling its wording to mind.
Of course, the questions now are getting down to the exact wording of things. And I suppose that still has some value, but it sure is trickier, eh?

Poll Update: 45% say the Fed is the most shocking news...
and 27% say that Lincoln being a tyrant and a habitual violator of the Constitution would be the most shocking.
