I like Bill Maher, BUT, one thing really bothers me...
On numerous occasions he has called himself a libertarian.
That little rant against Obama just showed us all he is not, NOT a libertarian.
For a libertarian, reform in Health Care means abolishing all government forms of medical intervention, not getting more government into it, but getting much more free enterprise competition into it.
For a libertarian, Obama's biggest betrayal has been his pledge that within "9 months after taking office" he would get us out of Iraq. On this Bill Mahr says nothing.
Instead, Bill goes on to press Obama to BE MORE LIBERAL.
And so, there is Bill's true colors. He is no Libertarian, and one day, I hope someone calls him on the carpet for it on his (otherwise entertaining) show.

I hate to say this because I hate all the conspiracy stuff, but this seems to be a false fight. All the liberal people pushing Obama to do more, criticizing him seems to be a way to get the populous up in arms pushing for more and more tyranny thrust upon them.

what not to say , I'm not saying he's completely awake but he at least has a huge audience.

i think he is COMPLETELY awake and savy.
not that he'll be that helpful to the freedom movement.
i think all he cares about is being on the air. .. and he knows where the line is. i don't see him saying stuff to get kicked off msm.
he's been there.. .done that... has he not?? did he not get one of his earlier shows cancelled due to remarks he made and he moved to another network??
