Well, they are the government aren't they?
Heck the FEDs should run everything, they own everything (seemingly). But no matter what power they are given, they can never control the only thing in this world that really makes a difference - the human mind. Now people may be mislead about the FED and the government, seriously mislead, but the present "reality" for most is simply a deception. If beauty is in the eye of the beholder then power is in the mind of the individual. Teach, preach, teach, preach, teach is all i can say. Get into every conversation possible and find a way to insert the seesd of Liberty. Jump into a water fountain conversation about sports and find a surreptitious moment to insert a small seed. than nearly any other issue we are facing! How important, folks? Well, how about the difference between hope for our economy or downright disaster. If Geithner gets his way, even one iota of his way, our country is going down the tube. If you call and even better, fax your congressional rep today AND have your friends and family do the same AND call other reps in your area or on specific committees, like Dodd, for example, THEN we might have a chance in hades of circumventing this idiocy! Remember to lay it on the line in a blunt, but polite manner. I let them know if they give Tim one iota of what he wants, they will have many people canvassing against them on the next election. What is more I let them know that Tim is asking for a lot, so he can get a little, which is what he wants in the first place. NOTHING is to be given to him, or they will be known throughout their district as the banker's lackey (there is a better word, but I can't use it) they will NOT be reelected and I think this gets this point across REAL CLEAR LIKE!!!

Private: privately owned (therefore controlled as ownership = control), very secretive, outside the bounds of oversight.

There is no constitutional authority for executive orders.
Not as they are currently being used. All the Constitution says as far as I know is:

OK, not to harp, but this is the thing my brain is processing right now. This is happening in clear defiance of the Constitution, and "We The People" do not even realize it, let alone are "We" doing anything meaningful to stop this erosion of our CREATOR endowed NATURAL rights. Why should I feel bound by a document that the people who SWORE AN OATH to uphold are using as a tool to oppress me and my neighbors? Where are "We The People," and who said I HAVE to be one of them, those people that live by the rules they allow crooks and liars to make?
Truth exists, and it deserves to be cherished.
