Operation Blackjack was a weird news article/art piece that predicts a nuclear holocaust, introduction of a one world currency, complicit DHS in the coming world war and basically everything most freedom supporters try to protect against and warn about. Now, months after its introduction some clever people have discovered there is a hexadecimal code in the frames of the art piece that directs us to a few interesting things.
First, one code states "this is not just entertainment"

We Watched all of Jericho...
Nothing in Season 3 from interviews with John Turteltaub or anyone else involved with the show indicates that what happened in Jericho occurred in the world which makes Mexico City and London out of the Jericho plot line.
While Jericho Season 3 is slated for graphic novels for Season 3, the publisher of said books is located in Chicago, IL, and it is a severe stretch to think they would bother with "The TeleGraph" a newspaper in another country to begin a viral marketing campaign.
Thus while similar to the Jericho story, anyone who has watched the series sees the divergences which outweigh any coincidental comparisons.
Whatever this is, it does seem to be a game, however not related to Jericho
