It is with great excitement that I invite you to celebrate our Republican elected officials, candidates and grassroots activists at the 24th Annual Huffman Advance and Presidential Straw Poll, November 30 ? December 2 at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City in Arlington.

The 2007 Advance will feature a Friday night Welcome Reception; Saturday morning Victory Breakfast and Saturday afternoon Luncheon; more Political seminars and break-out sessions; and, the presentation of our 2007 Grassroots Activists awards. A Presidential Straw Poll will be held Saturday afternoon.

Please make your plans today to join Republicans across the Commonwealth as we celebrate the election of our Republican members in the Virginia House and Senate, and as we prepare for the 2008 campaigns for our U.S. Senate seat and our Party?s candidate for the White House.

The Hyatt Regency Crystal City is centrally located in Arlington, just minutes away from a variety of shops, restaurants, historical sites and activities. Please plan to bring your entire family for a fun-filled weekend.

To reserve your spot for this annual event, please take these two steps:

1. Register for the Advance with the Republican Party of Virginia.

* Fill out the Advance Registration form and mail or fax it to Republican Party of Virginia?s headquarters. The registration form is enclosed with this mailing and is also available online at www.rpv.org.
* Or choose to register online.

2. Reserve your hotel room at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City (limited rooms available).

* Call the Hotel?s Reservation Department at 703-418-1234 or 800-233-1234 and ask for the Republican Party of Virginia Advance group rate. More information about the hotel and the group rate can be found by clicking here and downloading the form.
* Please make reservations before November 9, 2007 as availability cannot be guaranteed after this time.
