I feel so embarrassed for them. By the way, my dad grew up in Chagrin, the reason my grandparents moved there was because the school system was one of the LAST to withstand the Federal takeover. For a while they were the only school system not a part of the DoE. (From this news report you can see that the DoE did their job..)
