JFK Executive Order No. 11110

On June 4, 1963, a little known attempt was made to strip the Federal Reserve Bank of its power to loan money to the government at interest. On that day President John F. Kennedy signed Executive Order No. 11110 that returned to the U.S. government the power to issue currency, without going through the Federal Reserve. Mr. Kennedy's order gave the Treasury the power "to issue silver certificates against any silver bullion, silver, or standard silver dollars in the Treasury." This meant that for every ounce of silver in the U.S. Treasury's vault, the government could introduce new money into circulation. In all, Kennedy brought nearly $4.3 billion in U.S. notes into circulation. The ramifications of this bill are enormous.

With the stroke of a pen, Mr. Kennedy was on his way to putting the Federal Reserve Bank of New York out of business. If enough of these silver certificates were to come into circulation they would have eliminated the demand for Federal Reserve notes. This is because the silver certificates are backed by silver and the Federal Reserve notes are not backed by anything. Executive Order 11110 could have prevented the national debt from reaching its current level, because it would have given the government the ability to repay its debt without going to the Federal Reserve and being charged interest in order to create the new money. Executive Order 11110 gave the U.S. the ability to create its own money backed by silver.

After Mr. Kennedy was assassinated just five months later, no more silver certificates were issued. The Final Call has learned that the Executive Order was never repealed by any U.S. President through an Executive Order and is still valid. Why then has no president utilized it? Virtually all of the nearly $6 trillion in debt has been created since 1963, and if a U.S. president had utilized Executive Order 11110 the debt would be nowhere near the current level. Perhaps the assassination of JFK was a warning to future presidents who would think to eliminate the U.S. debt by eliminating the Federal Reserve's control over the creation of money. Mr. Kennedy challenged the government of money by challenging the two most successful vehicles that have ever been used to drive up debt - war and the creation of money by a privately-owned central bank. His efforts to have all troops out of Vietnam by 1965 and Executive Order 11110 would have severely cut into the profits and control of the New York banking establishment.

EO 111111111110 Was a vote for socialism.

Check out what G Edward Griffin really says about it.

Kennedy removed the power of the Executive to order the issuance of coin and gave it to the Treasurer who was connected to BANKERS.

No doubt the man had balls. He was killed for standing up to the CIA. He empowered the bankers.

A courageous man

The CIA against him.. The Military industrial complex against him... and the central bankers against him...
He must have been pretty much alone, what a courageous man.

If this thread is not

Whats all the fuss about

I thought Executive Orders were "illegal" anyways...under the constitution that is...what's all the ruckus about?

Not quite apparently...

I've lost track of how many Executive Orders Obama has signed already.

And Bush was no better.

The spirit of the Executive Order has been bastardized beyond belief.

The founders would puke if they saw the abuse regarding this.

Ron Paul in his book "The Revolution" addresses Executive Orders and explains their intended use and how rare they should be.

Obama signs one about every week.

"We have allowed our nation to be over-taxed, over-regulated, and overrun by bureaucrats. The founders would be ashamed of us for what we are putting up with."

Isn't this similar to

Isn't this similar to Lincoln issuing the greenback, then getting assassinated?

not similar

because Lincoln actually got the greenback into circulation....

Kennedy was killed for just attempting to change it and other various reasons.

man

When I read quotes like that...makes me realize just how deep into this mess we really are. We were warned by the founders...and we looked the other way.

One of the biggest arguments against the principles of limited government that the founders idolized is that they could not have imagined the world we now live in...that everything changed so much that the founders could not have invisioned our world andso the constitution canot be applied in such a black and white manner anymore... Poppycock I say! We have the power to amend the constitution...for exactly that reason.

I suspect that the ...

Fact that all of our recent presidents have been members of the CFR may have something to do with it!

Gee.....

I Wonder which "country" of goons did him in. Same story yet people never learn. It all begins in 1913, emerges again in 1917 (Thanks, Lord Balfour) and then emerges yet again in 1945. And the story goes on and on.....

Collectivism is evil.

He had plans to dismantle the CIA also. There were farewell parties at Langley, as they waited for the other shoe to drop. It obviously never happened. The CIA and the FED survived. Dang.

amazing...

sad that so few people know about this.

Kill Zone: A Sniper Looks at Dealey Plaza

by Craig Roberts is a highly recommended book. Roberts was a (marine?) sniper and also a police investigator. He names the players and the motives. Another book by him is called The Medusa File. Each chapter is a different crime and cover up by the US government that he learned about while researching for Kill Zone. Also recommended.

Thank you so much!!

I was looking to read something like those two books you mentioned...going to google them.

I first I heard this about a year ago...

I own a $5.00 US Bank Note that has a RED (not green) seal on it and DOES NOT say Federal Reserve Note anywhere on it.

I got it as a kid in the early 1960's and always kept it because it looked different but I didn't know why.

Now I know WHY it looks different and now I know WHO killed JFK.

I would love to buy it on Ebay

now you got me really interested.

Actually I think you CAN still get these on Ebay...

They go for around $35.00 or less I believe.

They say "United States Bank Note" across the top.

Several millions worth of the $2.00 and $5.00 notes were printed so they are still available.

JFK had authorized $10.00 and $20.00 notes also, but as soon as he was killed, these notes were halted from production.

The $10 and $20 notes never reached circulation and so are not available to my knowledge.

But it is interesting to possess a $5.00 note and see that the Federal Reserve had no power over it.

same here

I remember hearing about this a few times mostly from prisonplanet website and I never really got in depth info until today.

So many rabbit holes, so little time

My first thought was "You are just NOW hearing about this?" then I remembered... We have all been lied to forever...

Reagan got shot for talking about sound currency, too. In case you have not been down that bunny hole yet.
