"Anti-Real ID" States are using and storing your biometric "faceprints"!
While everyone rests after the big Real ID fight across the nation, it is now clear that most all Anti-Real ID states are using facial recognition software to convert your digital pic to a template. You have a "faceprint" on record in Montana, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, Illinios, Oregon, Texas, West Virginia, Iowa, Massachusetts, Indiana and many others - over 30 states in fact!!
I have started a class-action lawsuit in Pennsylvania to stop PennDot from stealing our identities. Biometrics include fingerprints, DNA, faceprints, iris scans, etc. Without Due Process, no one is allowed to take YOUR personal property!!
See Lawsuit Below: (If you have a PA license, whether you've moved or not, you can be part of this lawsuit.) JOIN ME - We have 317 plaintiffs now, and The Law Offices of Clymer & Musser are representing us.
** Note: Jim Clymer is the National Chairman of the Constitution Party with a firm that is dynamite.
For all Pennsylvanians who care about their privacy rights:
There is a class-action lawsuit underway against PennDot for stealing your identity. We are currently in the beginning stages, trying to get as many plaintiffs on our list as possible before filing this lawsuit. We currently stand at 300 plaintiffs.

In the words of State Rep. Sam Rohrer, from his press conference:
"Exactly two years ago, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania entered into a $45 million contract with Viisage Technology, self-described as 'the industry leader in instant issue digital driver's licenses.' Viisage, later renamed L-1 Identity Solutions, became responsible for issuing Pennsylvania driver's licenses.
Under the authority of Governor Rendell, Viisage and PennDOT launched a new program in June 2006 known as FaceEXPLORER to be used in conjunction with the issuing of driver's licenses. This program uses an upgraded, high-definition photograph taken at a driver's license center to create a facial recognition template, or 'faceprint,' similar in purpose and uniqueness to a fingerprint. This faceprint is a form of biometrics based on the measurements of a person's unique, personal facial geometry. The faceprint goes beyond such easily recognizable physical features as haircut, glasses or facial hair and into an analysis of one's unique facial structure. Once this personally unique faceprint has been created, it is stored in a database to be used to compare against the faceprint of others. By these means, PennDOT and Viisage hoped to reduce identity fraud and theft. In reality, FaceEXPLORER has been a 'back-door' means to implement the REAL ID Act of 2005 without the consent or knowledge of either the legislature or the people."
Rep. Rohrer goes on to say that " . . . Neither PennDOT nor Viisage has inherent authority nor have they been granted any exception to take biometric information from the citizens of the Commonwealth. . .The actions allowed by Governor Rendell further violates statutory law. . .Significantly, this issue constitutes a major Constitutional violation. . . "
Your biometric faceprint can be picked up by surveillance cameras to track your every move. This has to be stopped. Our biometric data must be destroyed/deleted!
We need to join together. This is a crucial moment that we cannot let slip away.

THE BILL OKLAHOMA SB 483 (we managed to stymie it till the end of this session)
By: Jolley and Lamb of the Senate and Terrill of the House
An Act relating to public safety; amending 47 O.S. 2001, Section 2-110, as last amended by Section 1, Chapter 199, O.S.L. 2005 (47 O.S. Supp. 2008, Section 2-110), which relates to the release of records by the Department of Public Safety; directing the Department of Public Safety to establish procedures for access to computerized images; prohibiting use of images by certain persons; establishing consequences for unintended use; and providing an effective date.
THE PROBLEM
(excerpts from SB 483)
“the release of records by the Department of Public Safety”
The Commissioner of Public Safety is authorized to establish procedures and enter into agreements with any other law enforcement agency of this state or political subdivision of this state for the purpose of providing direct electronic access to the photograph or image in computerized format of any person who has been issued a driver license or identification card by the Department of Public Safety
Our contention was;
SB 483 the “Direct Access” bill will make the Department of Public Safety the designated the Broker for your Biometric Data (digital photo)
Your biometric data is a necessary component needed by Oklahoma’s new Fusion Center in order to achieve its goal of “seamless” data sharing between states, the federal government and profit seeking private corporations that have been driving this legislation. These companies are partnered with our government in this scheme that build fortunes at our expense.
Innocent Americans risk being enrolled in a system that makes real-time surveillance a reality
We know that Oklahoma’s Department of Motor Vehicles have owned and used facial recognition equipment to capture driver’s license photos since 2003. (Viisage is the vendor of the equipment)
We know they have and are getting this;
Biometric Drivers Licenses Make Debut in Oklahoma
SAGEM Morpho, Inc. a proven provider of mission-critical biometric systems and services, announced the successful deployment of biometric technology solutions for the Oklahoma Department Public Safety (DPS) in conjunction with Viisage, a provider of advanced technology identity solutions. SAGEM Morpho will combine its finger imaging recognition technology with Viisage's facial recognition technology to create accurate biometric records of the state's approximately four million licensed drivers.

We also know;
Driver’s license image sharing technology has evolved as a part of the Office of Justice programs Information Technology Initiative, more specifically the National Law Enforcement Telecommunications System (NLETS). This initiative is designed to utilize the Global Justice XML data model in order to develop a network of criminal justice information exchange in North America (OJP, 2007)

(This report has not been published by the U.S. Department of Justice.)
And Also This;
CLARKSBURG, W. Va. -- The FBI is embarking on a $1 billion effort to build the world's largest computer database of peoples' physical characteristics, a project that would give the government unprecedented abilities to identify individuals in the United States and abroad.
Digital images of faces, fingerprints and palm patterns are already flowing into FBI systems in a climate-controlled, secure basement here. Next month, the FBI intends to award a 10-year contract that would significantly expand the amount and kinds of biometric information it receives.
[. . . ] The FBI's biometric database, which includes criminal history records, communicates with the Terrorist Screening Center's database of suspects and the National Crime Information Center database, which is the FBI's master criminal database of felons, fugitives and terrorism suspects.

The significance of facial recognition and other biometric data collection is this;
Several top-level goals and characteristics for the government’s proposed state of IdM (Identity Management) can thus be described as:
Ubiquitous availability, at global distances, of strong verification of stored digital identity when called for or needed to support an authorized application;

I found this. A request for bids by the osbi wanting to get facial recognition equipment-

If we do not defund these centers now-we are through.
This is happening in every state. They will LIE if you ask.
I have mountains of documents and evidence and am working like mad to stop this in my state.

We also have a letter from the OK Co Sheriff written to legislators denying our concerns had any validity.
This looks very interesting.
