Would it be good for the fed to have a sacrifial lamb right now? The company and the owners themselves are the problem right behind peoples faith that someone else should take care of them. Do we really want to hear Bernanke take any responsibility individually?
I agree that Ben looks....
very guilty. Body movement, facial expressions, raised eyebrows, incomplete explanations...that do not address the specific objective of the question, poor re-collection, pretending that that phrases he was accused of uttering were not of enough importance that he should remember them, yes, Bernanke is lying. If Ben is under oath, he should be taken into the judges chambers immediately and waterboarded until he comes clean.

I don't have access to the type of polygraph equipment that can determine truth and deception by voice signature, but I can tell that Bernanke is lying. Two things give him away: carefully structured answers and "I can't remember".
Support HR 1207, and then let's work to abolish this criminal scam.
