Today's victims: Congressman Steny Hoyer D-MD5 and Congressman Bill Foster D-IL14. As most of you already know, Steny Hoyer is the house dictator (majority leader). It seems that people are more energetic on Fridays than the rest of the week, so I decided to get him on a Friday. Let's put the pressure on him about auditing the Fed! Bill Foster is a Democrat, and member of the FC. It would be important to get him on board.

with steny hoyer state office couldnt get through his washington office because his phone in dc was very busy.not much else to say except state office is trying to pass the buck off to DC office.

I'm pissed!
Ok, after looking into this 2454 cap and trade bill that is being debated today, I have become more pissed off at Congress. The bill has 1 cosponsor, was introduced to the house a month ago, and the text of the legislation is huge. So long that the majority of the representatives haven't read it. 1207 has 244 cosponsors, has been sitting in committee for 4 months as of today (introduced 2/26), and the text is less than a page. If 2454 is getting a debate and vote, why the hell is 1207 not getting any attention from the speaker or committee chairman when it has no complications and so much support? Keep the blowtorch behind their rear ends!!! If you guys are calling/emailing Hoyer, please bring this up.

Totally agree with you Mike! I'm listening to CSpan, and it's
so frustrating listening to those who "parrot" the D. party line. Common sense does not seem to prevail any longer. This bill is so long and so filled with regulations that no one cares that it will cost $2 Trillion, would raise energy rates and not make us energy independent on foreign oil, and the plan is damaging to rural America.
Why one bill is quickly pushed forward over another is political and Pelosi pushed, as usual.
