How do you define "force?"
If the only alternative to vaccination is incarceraction in a "quarantine site,"
are you being forced to take the vaccine? Most people will "choose" to take it. It's still forced vaccination.

I don't think there are enough people with spines and neurons to make it fail.
The powers that be will crank up the media scare machine to make people think the vaccine will save them from a deadly flu epidemic. Most people will buy into it. The fact that we have no "legal" right to refuse will be played down so that most people's fears about the vaccine will be soothed away.
