This Bill is evolving right now, as we speak, they are merging the new documents with the "old bill"
I wonder what they are sneaking into it.
Could you imagine you sold a contract to someone and as they signed off on the document, the language was changing up until the last letter on their name was signed

Two congressmen just asked to see the 300 pages of new language so they could read it before the vote.
They were told it is not the Speaker's role to disseminate information.
They were told there is no rule that they have the text of what they are voting on.
No rule is an understatement, isn't it?

They're debating a massive new
energy tax. I couldn't stomach it and turned it off.
The reasons against the bill are detail-oriented and valid!
Those standing in favor are just grandstanding, imo and will not address the long-standing problem of foreign oil dependence, loss of jobs not a gain, damage to rural America farmers and ranchers and the overall tax increase that Americans will endure!!
I give up.
I was able to watch it the other day, but now it doesn't come in at all. It won't open the video. Nothing is working. Not the windows media or real player. I am about to throw my laptop thru the window!! I am getting off now. This is WAY too frustrating.

This cap and trade bill hitting the house vote tomorrow(today now) is the biggest tax increase that will hit in our generation and will give government more power over our lives than any other time in America's history. Have you contacted your representatives in Congress and told them NO! on HR2998, now reduced to 1200 pages from the HR2454 over 2,000 pages? They cannot and will not possibly read it. Please do it now. We will spend the next ten years repealing and amending the crap that has been done to us in the last six months, but we have to take our government back.
