Class Action Suit Against Pelosi, et al.

Everyone here knows that virtually every piece of legislation that Congress passes in this era is unconstitutional. The vast majority of them are claimed to be authorized by Congress' constitutional power to "regulate commerce among the states." Those of us who have bothered to study the constitution, its founders, its roots, and its basis, know that the founders wished only to have a general government that would make trade between the states uniform. Even Federalists like Madison would turn over in his grave to know that Congress is seeking legislation to forbid a local farmer from selling raw milk, just as one small example.

It is my suggestion that we pick a piece of legislation. Preferably we pick one that requires a vast amount of twisting of language and reasoning to get it to somehow fit under the commerce clause. Then, when (or if they already have) they pass the law, we file a class action suit against Pelosi and Congress.

We, the supporters of Ron Paul have proven our ability to act as a unit for specific purposes - even raising milliions of dollars in one day to help Dr. Paul in his candidacy. We can likewise team together to raise the funds to hire an attorney like Edwin Vieira, Jr to sue Congress for violating the Constitution and our and our states sovereign rights. Comments?
