What if Sarah Palin reached out to Ron Paul?

Ron Paul lives in each and everyone of us, if we are true students of the principals of Freedom.

McCain sounds un-intelligent and so does Palin -- So, it really came down to Jimmy Jowels (sympathy vote) and Hot Mom (hotness vote).

Why is this even a question (Paul and Palin)? It's not logical.

She has to run for the Presidency -- she can't go Veep again. She'd look like the rebound girl, otherwise.

Ron needs a strong name next to him. Schiff might turn a few heads -- how's his stock-gold pick record? Whomever it is they must be beyond reproach.

Paul - Stossel (I would really like this ticket)?

Paul - Napolitano (2nd only to Stossel -- Ron needs some "youth")?

Let's get Stossel onto the Talk Radio Circuit for the next 2 - 2/12 years and have Ron announce him "early" as his Veep (wherein Stossel would need to quit Radio and T.V).

While Sarah Palin is no Ron Paul, she is much better than Mitt Romney...who commentators have all but given him the 2012 nomination. We need to undercut that neocon flip flopper Romney ASAP before he gains any steam.

Sarah Palin probably could have been a rock star within our revolution, but she chose to stand behind and support McCain. Her actions speak a thousand words...

If she truly believes in Liberty and if this nation means anything to her, she would not simply "reach out" to Ron Paul but rather GIVE him a great deal of support, because he deserves it.

Had I been Governor of Alaska, I would have told John MCCanus to take a hike, meaning, that I could not associate with someone with such and opposing idealogy. If she really stood for Liberty and upholding the principals of the Founding Fathers as Ron Paul does, SHE NEVER COULD HAVE RUN ON THE TICKET WITH MCCANUS. PERIOD.

writing here as if we actually had voting power!! Wake up and smell the coffee, folks...WE don't vote! NO ONE VOTES!!!! Our "leaders" are all dressed up and placed in the window for us by the Masters Behind the Curtain. The system hasn't worked in decades....votes aren't counted, you non-representing Representatives don't hear you, the big corporations and banking cartels lobby the beurocrats, your food is controlled by Monsanto, and nothing you do "by the book" or by the letter-of-the-law will effect any change. Period. Only pitchforks and torches carried in a 30-million-man storming of our government will have any chance of a change. I don't like violence, but it seems to be the only thing they understand. Perhaps the people of Honduras have the right idea....

She is obviously leaving office so she can earn millions in speaking fees and book deals. I'm a capitalist so I don't hold that against her, but we shouldn't look to her for principled, selfless leadership.

But I was completely blind 4 years ago to the true rulers of this country. It is hard to support a woman who used her daughter’s pregnancy and marched her and the poor boy on a world wide stage for political posturing. Then her daughter said on national T.V. that abstinence was unobtainable and I had to applaud her in speaking the truth. Then she came out (under instructions of mother I am sure) and is now the spokesperson for abstinence? This simply shows that she will use her own family members for political gain, regardless of the example set for her younger daughter. Had Palin refused McCain’s proposal under the basis that she was a small government conservative, and not pandered to the ever diminishing far right, then I would say "you go girl", but in this instance I think she is used goods.

I don't understand what people see in her?

I've never heard her say anything interesting or smart about anything. She seems to be a pretty face who shakes a lot of hands and makes quirky speeches about nothing.

She has nothing to offer intellectually to our movement in terms of leadership or representation...

she is already reaching out to the typical republcrats .She is already endorsing Perry here in Teaxs. Medina 2010.

and that she was frustrated trying to work within a political organization that "as far as I can see isn't working all that well" or words to that effect. Could she be contemplating a run as an independent for president?
