If he can in fact produce the document and has not, he is a monster for every day that goes by that he makes children suffer for not getting them an easy $25 million.

Did you know...that any seller can list an item like this, have his buddy agree to run the bids up to $3 zillion and afterward "work out the payment details" in private? I hope thats not whats going on here- but it looks as though it is a contrived auction to grab MSM attention to report on the subject. I worry that at the end of the day alot more people will be aware of the questions, but we wont actually be any closer to evidence that will be allowed for the courts to review. Would be pretty amazing if we saw the goods. My gut tells me that Obama's long form is in the ark of the covenant.

I have no idea how true this is but I contacted the seller over the weekend and the seller responded to me. The seller is for real.
For all we know it could be a big hoax to discredit the Birthers.

since I've been reading about this for months, means the person who filed could not show proof of damages or that they were damaged in anyway by what Obama did. Because we as voters don't elect the president, the electors in the electoral college do. So basically we would have to bring suit against them for not upholding the Constitution and making sure he was eligible and protecting us from him. We can't sue him directly because our vote didn't elect him we had nothing to do with his being president so we can't be harmed by it. He didn't defraud us he defrauded the electoral college. It's the same argument they keep using over and over again because of the way we elect a president. We vote but it doesn't count so we can't seek damages, We have to go after the electoral college because we put them on notice to verify he was eligible. When they were counting in December there was a website getting all the names of these people and sending them direct orders to verify his citizenship or they could face legal ramifications. They did nothing. Ignored this warning. So they knew they needed to check his eligibility before they voted. if the American people sued the electoral college electors we would have standing because they represent us and if they didn't do what we told them to they are liable. Obama is the wrong guy to be suing. this just muddies the waters and keeps this whole fight alive but they will continue to rule no standing until we start making the right people accountable.
