Ron Paul v. Fox News

On Jay Leno, he mentioned taking them to court over fraud, claiming that they were claiming they were fair & balanced when they're not, by excluding him -- yet I have heard nothing more about this. I would hate for Grandfather Paul to not be taken seriously, since there are still plenty of people who only watch tv for their news, especially those who can't afford cable or don't have access to it & they saw him say this, yet nothing else.

I am not encouraging a lawsuit.
