My Independence Day July 4th Contribution. Looking to Free America again.
Hello everyone, happy 4th of July. I am taking time out of my day with my family and friends to bring you vital very important hidden information about our country's history and begin to light the path that describes how we came from a Republic founded on Natural Law to the Democracy we have today. Instead of starting at the beginning, I will start around the Civil War as this is when things started to go seriously wrong.
I will use bullet point to help give you a brief outline and a quick run through our history. I will then provide links for you to do further reading on the details of those bullets.
-1863 Abraham Lincoln declares Martial Law.
-General Orders No. 100
-Anyone who isn't with the United States of America (USA) is considered their enemy.
-Still in effect today
-1871 The District of Columbia Organic Act was past.
-Created an entity (Defined as a Corporation within the Act) known as the United States. Known from now on as Corp US.
-Created to Handle the business needs of Government.
-When passed, considered a Corporation owned by the USA
-Corp US adopted their own Constitution (Identical to USA Minus Original 13th Amendment). *
-Officials from the USA also sat in the offices of the Corp US. Dual Role.
-Corp US started issuing Debt Bonds (the USA is not allowed to have debt).
-1912 Bonds generated by Corp US came due.
-Corp US cannot pay.
-Settlement of Debt included all assets of Corp US and all money of the Treasury of the USA.
-USA and Corp US are bankrupt.
-1913 Federal Reserve act was past with only Corp US.
-Contract between two Corps, Corp US and the Federal Reserve Bank.
-Allow transactions via note instead of money.
-People are not party to contract, Corp US allowed to tax corporations.
-Corp US passes 17th amendment allowing Senators to be Elected by popular vote (Unconstitutional to USA) instead of appointed by Governors.
-1914 Freshman class of Senators were seated by Popular vote.
-Seated only as Senators in the Corp US role.
-USA Senator seats were left unseated, empty.
-1917 Corp US enters into WW I and passes Trading with the Enemies act, not USA..
-Allows Corp US to trade with enemies during times of War.
-1918 The Un-reelection of President Wilson.
-Elected by electoral college but not confirmed by USA Senate (empty) as is Law by the Constitution of the USA.
-Not confirmed for 2nd term in USA, only Corp US capacity only.
-Still retained control over Military.
-1933 Corp US is again Bankrupted.
-Force Banking Holiday, confiscated Gold from Americans to pay debt.
-Exchanged "money-backed" Federal Reserve notes with "legal tender" notes.
-Emergency War Powers Act enhances the Trading with the Enemies act which recognized the people of the United States as enemies of Corp. U.S.
-1935 Social Security was instituted.
-Purpose was the generate Beneficiary funds to the United States General Trust Fund (Corp US).
-Created entity that sounds like you but is not. S.S. card is NOT YOURS.
-us citizens (Citizens of Corp US) participating in S.S. act as collateral for debt loans by Corp US to foreign entities.
-1944 Under Brenton Woods Agreement Corp US is quit claimed to the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
-Corp US became a Private Foreign Corporation to the people of USA. Very important.
-1968 At the National Governor's Conference IMF leaders proposed delima of Individual States using Federal Reserve Notes which is not allowed by State Constitutions.
-Governors adopted Uniform Commercial Code which allow greater control of the people.
-1971 Every State Governments in the Union had now created an entity known as Corp State.
-By this time every State stopped seating Government positions and began only seating Corp state positions.

We DO NOT have government today, we have the UNITED STATES which is a corporation brought into being by the District of Columbia Organic Act of 1871.
Once you realize this it is the first step towards stepping out of the Matrix.

and not to get picky, but...let's look at the word government.

Be what it may that is in charge, that which is ruling is also governing. We do have a corporation running this nation and from that position we are trending quickly toward a type of Fascism. We need not argue the improper authority of a corporation to claim governorship, but none the less it (US Corp), in reality, runs the show here and abroad. Semantically, US Corp is the government of this nation untill we make a change to the status quo.

Until one removes themselves from employment status in US Corp, one falls under the jurisdictional by-laws established for it's employees. It's all in the words, whether we like it or not. And it will be about the words until something changes that focus, namely military action against the state nationals.
FreeManOnLand your post is excellent in pointing out the reality that our government has been supplanted by a corporation and it will open many eyes. You are correct I should not refer to US Corp as a true, properly authorized government entity because their semantic trickery establishes only a hazy and illegitimate jurisdiction of no reprise. Sort of new to this myself and wary of how to proceed.
As I understand things, I do need to posses a driver's license, so I have to play ball with the corporation.

Great idea
Like the idea of a full page ad in a major publication. I would pitch in for that.
Perhaps it would cause a brushfire in the minds of men.
But i'm working on baby steps. Right now I can condense that to a single page with no margins and a size 10 ft.
