The New Mexico third District is very large, involving 13 counties, and the entire top half of the state.

So far the only person running against Adam is incumbent Democrat Ben Ray Lujan, who has voted yes for all of the bad bills:

This is going to be a tough fight, but its possable. Its going to take money and local support for a hotly contested race as we move closer to the election.

He has spoken about the GOP being an "empty vessel". It's not confirmation that he'll be running as a republican, but it's a strong hint.

Would give him 20-30% of the vote from the people who just check the box next to the party they affiliate themselves with...running Libertarian would give him an average 0.5% out of the box....it will be much easier (and cheaper) to win as a Republican, and I don't think that Evil Republican Ron Paul will twist Kokesh's belief system :)

Anyone download his FTW Communicator? I like the idea of using "shout-out" software. Not just for this campaign, but for all types of issues.

I've been waiting to hear this. How was the tea party? How many people were there? Were his signs visible on the roads. Had a friend going through Santa Fe going north and she said she saw no signs????
