By land, by air and by sea, the disciples of Ron Paul converged on the debate hall here in St. Petersburg, Fla., in the hours before the debate here tonight. There were two planes circling overhead, one flying a Ron Paul banner, another with lights spelling out his name Goodyear Blimb-style. A ship circling in the bay just outside the hall was festooned with Ron Paul paraphernalia, blaring martial music. In the park, just beyond the security fences erected around The Mahaffey Theater, the Paulites outfitted a group that was decidedly young and decidedly loyal with shirts and stickers and other assorted Paul gear.
The outsized presence of Mr. Paul’s supporters is not unusual. It seems that no matter which Republican candidate I am covering, the Paul people seem to find a way to their events. Sometimes it is a lone man with a sign, other times more organized. But come they do.
With his millions raised in online fund-raising and devoted base, we expect greater attention to be paid to what he has to say here tonight.

Ron Paul PWNS Every Poll
It seems that no matter what the MSM does to try and sabotage Ron Paul, he comes out smelling like a rose. Virtually every online post debate related poll has Dr. Paul absolutely owning the other candidates and exposing and humiliating the MSM.
Ron Paul is the only person in my entire 61 years of life that I can honestly say is a true American hero and champion. My God! I love this guy! I would march into hell following him. In fact, he is the most decent human being I have ever seen. All of the other candidates rolled up into one big ball would not amount to a single hair on this great man's behind.

I addicted to this site!! You guys crack me up. that comment about tancredo- was funny!! I echo you noumenon!!! I get so inspired seeing the boldness of RP supporters. Civil disobedience!! My favorite was at the Democrate debate , when the commentators were outside talking and lo and behold in the back ground a huge RP sign- I couldnt stop laughing!! I love you guys!!

A little off topic but
Did anyone notice that Dr. Paul discussed a rational reason why Iraq would not "fall apart" when we left. This aspect should recieve more attention I think as it seems an important point.

that's a little harsh. Other than the war, Tancredo & Paul share many of the same ideas about governance and spending. I've never seen Tancredo as anything other than very respectful of Ron Paul.

I have had so much fun working and hanging with all of you. I just got a phone call from "Dan The Man" at 8:00 pm. in San Francisco from his cell phone. He's out canvassing, door to door with another supporter, and wants to know if I have any DVD's available. It's cold, it's dark, it's getting late, and Dan is out knocking on doors!
Fox News is supposed to film them tomorrow walking the precincts, and he wants to make sure they show him with a wide assortment of fliers, bumper stickers, DVD's, etc.
Ron Paul supporters are amazing people. I could write volumes about the sacrifices I've seen, the dedication, zeal, enthusiasm, and commitment exhibited from all of you.

Every time I get down or depressed about how unfair Ron Paul is treated in the media, or how ignorant and sheepish the public is, Ron Paul supporters go and do something awesome and cheer me up. So, thanks again to all of you who go out there and do things like calling C-Span, flood corrupt media with disappointed e-mails, hold signs, host rallies, donate thousands of dollars to rent a blimp, well... you get the idea. =) Thanks.
