Of course again.. not sure this is the correct place to put this.And sorry if I screwed up here..
BUT...I hope many read it.
Many already know whats in this file...but I bet there is milions that dont know.... and need too.
Do you supose this is why none of the reps listen to us..and stuff gets passed anyway.. even when the majority says no ???
They know we are ignorant of the facts of law.
We are working with Constitutional law and they are working with
maritime law ! NO wonder we;re getting screwed ! They know we dont know and they sure as hell dont want the sheep to find out ..
Any comment anyone makes on this I will be anxious to hear your thaughts.

If you walk into ANY court in the US and claim that maritime law governs, you will be laughed out on your ass. Unless, of course, you are in court for something relating to your ocean-going vessel.
Here is the law that ALL courts apply in the US in order of supremecy - US Constitution > Federal statutory law > Federal common law > Federal regulatory law > state statutory law > state common law > state regulatory law > City and County ordinance.
And the UCC is just an aspect of state statutory law and/or City/County ordinance to the extent the state, city, or county has adopted the UCC. And the UCC only applies to sale of goods.
Unless there is a ship involved, maritime law does not apply.
It does when it comes to interest rates & banking...

How so?
You borrow money from a bank, the terms of the contract are controlled by contract law of the state - not maritime law. The bank operations are controlled by a combination of state and federal statutory and regulatory law (plus Fed rules which are in a weird grey zone) - not maritime law. You default on the note and the enforcement, foreclosure etc. will be controlled by state and federal statutory and regulatory law - not maritime law.
How is maritime law involved in interest rates or banking - except with the possible exception of loans secured by ocean-going vessels?
Because...
In the constitution, interest rates are supposed to be fixed
And in practice with most (corrupt) courts....the interest rates are NOT fixed when they claim "they are indeed fixed" and the interest rates are different according to the loan/borrower/agreement.
Which, eloquently equates to Fraud on a contract.....
Now most people still insist that this is minor, but loan contracts on homes and large resources.....were supposedly supposed to accrue a fixed rate yet they do not....
And the tax laws are written so uniformly to this end, that it looks like someone just wanted to tax everybody by fiddling with the interest rates. Cooking the books. Fraud by contract, using artificial interest caps...
The "Loan" should be voided and it was in several cases in Australia.

I'm enjoying this study -- the problem is to find a professional looking site that regularly helps people to re-establish there true identity.
Also, no one talks about the consequences of revoking IRS and Soc Sec and Driv Lic -- how difficult is it for people to function, getting jobs, buying property etc etc. Do they live as Amish, smile.

If you want to live in the underground economy, go ahead and do it! But there is no magic legal argument that is going to allow you to work above ground without paying taxes, own property without paying taxes, drive a car without a license, not pay into Social Security, and so on. The only way to avoid these things is to hide what you are doing. And if you get caught, you will be punished.
That is why there is no reputable group helping people do this.

Our freedom has been largely stolen from us by thugs posing as "government". And the last drops of wealth are being stolen from us through monetary manipulation.
