The Insanity in the Senate

I was able to sit through about half of this video focused on Holder's promoting of the ADL so-called anti-hate bill now before the Senate. What forcefully struck me was these people are discussing whether or not to create a federal statute that would pre-empt state and local law. No one asked whether the federal government has the 'right' to interfere in state or local matters.... It seems to me Dr. Paul and most on this forum would be clear about jurisdiction issues. What do you think?

He is simply trying to orchestrate another over reach for the government.

They will get the picture when they can't get re-elected
