*HELP* with Unconstitutional War

I need some help. My mother-in-law is a bush lover and keeps trying to defend the Iraq invasion. I know how I want to respond but cannot find time to write a hefty response. I basically want to reiterate what Dr. Paul says in the "Revolution" that most wars have been unconstitutional by not being declared by congress and that we were the aggressors. Does anybody know a great article that that I can link to? I know there has to be one by Paul, Baldwin or Rockwell somewhere.

The clearest answer to this, in my opinion, is The Constitution. The Constitution is the method by which The People authorize the federal government. Often referred to as the "highest" or "supreme law of the land," The Constitution is, in the most basic sense, a list of what the federal government is authorized to do with all else denied to it. Amendments 9 & 10 make this point crystal clear.
So, the question you might ask is: who or what group is specified in The Constitution as having the authority to declare war on behalf of The American People?
The answer is in Article 1 Section 8.11.

and show her all the innocent people we are killing to bring Democracy. It is an insane war brought about by insane people. If she loves this, she should really love it when the S hits America, she will have the opportunity to get a taste of it. Especially, when the UN troops come down her block kicking in doors. ONLY Congress has the authority to declare war, period. There is no authority for Congress to approve finances for wars declared by Presidents, because Presidents do not have the authority to declare wars.
