The Meaning Behind Ron Paul's Attack...
Who is Ron Paul? Ron Paul is a libertarian member of the House of Represenatives leading an attack on the Fed. Ron Paul has introduced a bill to audit the Federal Reserve. An amendment based on Paul’s House bill was blocked by the Senate this week on procedural grounds.
While an audit on the Fed may or may not be a good idea, do not be fooled by the wolf in sheep's clothing that is Ron Paul. Paul would be a dangerous political force if his ideas were to gain any traction with the mainstream. For now he remains an impotent member of the right wing fringe with a small but very loyal cadre of followers that often resemble a religious cult more than a political movement.
Ron Paul is a dangerous demagogue, a failed libertarian presidential candidate and a congressman representing a large, coastal, rural area of Texas. Ron Paul's legislative history is one of abject failure. Among the bills he has co-sponsored: ending U.S. cooperation with the United Nations, a repeal of antitrust law, and stripping the government of the right to set a minimum wage. He has recently introduced a bill to repeal the Gun-Free School Zones Act of 1990, which would make schools less safe.

An article such as yours, which paints the public-figure of Ron Paul as an idiotic and diabolical "anti-Christ", is sure to elicit a great deal of curiousity from those who read it! Many of whom, I'm certain, will now (thanks to your article!) be motivated to further research this "horrible monster among us". Imagine their surprise when they find out he stands only for the restoration of our Constitutionally-limited Republic, a return to honest and sound money, peaceful foreign policy and individual freedom! Ron Paul represents us and a good majority of Americans now who are rightly concerned about the Constitution, the law & Civil Rights & about the nature of the Federal Reserve system.....
You fear him leading to the phasing out of a system, yet the Federal Reserve system itself did that. It failed to mitigate the economic crisis by leading us all into it through currency bubbles, so actually, in protecting the public's interest Ron Paul is doing America a great favor they demand by getting ready for phasing out this archaic system....
When the first banks were run and there wasn't a Fed, a lot more prosperity happened all around. A standard bank and competing currencies, has been good for states..and all around it would be the start of a better economy!
