4ALLofUS Interactive Media (http://4allofus.com/media) is set to go and we kick of with our first transmissions on Monday 13th.
We have a fully automated broadcasting platform, recording, publishing / archiving and so on and now our attention is turned to hosts.

We have some pretty neat features that are unlike any other broadcasting platform we are aware of.
* Our website is updated to display who is currently playing.
* Our live shows are recorded and placed into a random replay que for gaps in the schedule.
* Off air shows replay the hosts show for the week prior.
* Dead Air is a thing of the past.
* When a show is published it takes just a few seconds,
Title, Description, Related Url...
* All shows have a related forum url associated with them for extended discussion.
* All show archives can be played, downloaded, commented, rated with ease. All fully editable by the hosts.
* Customised Intro / Outro's for all segments, the ability to wipe away the breaks for special occasions and guests.
* Auto-Disconnect to ensure the following shows are never interrupted.
* Auto Line In / Out to avoid embarrassing voice over breaks.
* Content older than 7 days will not be played to avoid the intolerable scratchy old rerun being played over and over and over again.
* 1 x 3 min break every hour
* 1 x 3 min outro
* At present Advert FREE.
The rest is typical mundane quality control
Things like;
* A system that by default plays your last show unless you tell it you are ready to go live, auto-archiving so all you need do is click, describe, click, enjoy.
* Private forum areas for hosts to assist with those tecky issues, get support, share ideas and promote our combined effort.
* IRC Chatroom
* 10 channel platform and room for more when needed
Actually, we have built a system that is worthy of bragging, really pleased with the platform and short of the odd teething trouble over the following week I expect the system to be robust, user friendly and well suited to task.

Day 3 of week 1 and things are looking promising.
We have an ever expanding live schedule, the system is working almost as expected with a few tweaks being made to allow for the odd teething trouble.
Getting involved and supporting our venture is however out of our hands, only you can decide to 'show up' or 'contact us' or make a proposal for a 'new show'.
There have been similar broadcasting ventures in the past that have come and then gone again. If you think we are seeking to emulate them you are mistaken. We expect to succeed and a little organisation can go a long way.
4ALLofUS Interactive Media has a fresh approach, for 1 we have 'Long-Term Aims'. We also believe that a happy host is paramount and have been working hard to ensure that their needs are met.
At present the cost of this operation is being covered by myself, Catherine and John from the 4ALLofUS Team and we do not have sponsorship but our intent is to create, host and broadcast quality content that pays for it's self. Cost + 1.

Our aim is to create a platform that is worthy of sponsorship. This is not a fad or a hobby, the stakes are high, our societies are being dismantled and an ever domineering control grid is being implemented internationally. Awareness and empowerment, the ability to say no and none compliance is a tool that is at our disposal, a weapon even and the only people who get hurt are the greedy, manipulative and devious few.
Our ambition is to literally give the mainstream media a run for their money. Not that we are chasing their blood money, but we do expect that our vision will bring about the sponsorship that will be needed for us to facilitate thousands and even millions of listeners on a variety of formats including streaming and FM radio.
